Pulled up at 6am no lights were on. Ordered my coffee and employee was rude (when I repeated my order to her she replied yeah I heard you)Coffee was bitter and old tasting and hash browns were cold . The cafe con leche tasted like old espressso
Went for my birthday freebie they seemed busy but I didn't mind waiting cause I had to think about what I wanted. The girl who took my order was friendly, and the guy in drive through seemed friendly also. Amazing coffee as always, might even taste better when it's free! Thank you for my birthday freebie!!!
Rude, rush customers then won't let them add something to the order when you forget something. Was told i had to go all the way back through thec line to add an item. Had i not been rushed and barked at, i probably would have remembered what i was supposed to order. Most employees are nice... however there are/is a few specific managers that needs to go back and learn how to treat customers with gratitude, respect and kindness. I was never asked "please" and never told thank you.... only "what are you drinking? We are out of that, you need to hurry and pick something else there are ppl behind you (mind you, i had only hesitated for a moment trying to decide on somethingelse).. is that it?pull forward?" I was so taken aback I didn't know what to say. I paid, was given my change, with no thank you, [email protected]#& you or anything. This was just one of many experiences that I had at this particular establishment. Never ever is my food right, nor my drink. I have been coming to this Dunkin' donuts almost every day for the last 10 years and the only reason I continue to go is because they are the only one close enough to my house.
Rude Employees! I’m contacting coorperate. You should not be disrespected as a customer. Very Racist the lady slammed the window in my face and was cutting me off when ordering. After that she still got my order wrong.
Terrible customer service, rude employees that seem to hate their job. Everytime I order an UNsweet tea, they give me sweet (I can't have sugar) when I order food, they forget to put something in the bag...
Until today, I was a faithful customer at this Dunkin location in the Shores by Skate Mania; since it was built. At my visit today I was cursed out by the manger on duty after making a complaint about the attitude I received from the associate. My two nieces, who are 5 and 3 years old, were in the vehicle as well and was subjected to this inappropriate and disrespectful behavior. I maintained my composure and just pulled off. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. I will NEVER patronize this store again and will think twice about giving my money to any Dunkin as a matter of fact moving forward.
Horrible service, Rude employees. My mobile order did not go through and my credit card was charged. When I informed “Ricky” he said give it a few minutes..nothing. He then said you’ll have to corporate to get your money back and I informed him I didn’t have time, he said “well I don’t have time for you”. What? Spoke with the “manager” who you can tell is an ex Ocala junkie who just talked back to me too. Poor customer service, Calling corporate ,filing a formal complaint against this establishment and it’s way of doing business. I guess it explains why they work at a dead end job like A fast food restaurant, and probably for life.
Busy place, too few staff, means lines inside & out at 8:20 A.M. When folks are going to work & need some coffee & food. Same great donuts!
I'm ordering my breakfast sandwich and coffee and I forget to add hashbrowns so I'm thinking I'll just add it at the window and the guy says he can't do it that I'll have to go around and order it again. I'll probably never go there again.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I do not know how a business can run when it’s only teenagers in the store. They cannot do refunds they can’t hear what you say because the speaker is horrible in the drive thru and they don’t listen. Placed our order got to the window and paid for it. When they handed us the drinks they were wrong and when I said they were not what I ordered I was told that is what I ordered. I said no it’s not then a young girl came out and told me that this is what I ordered and that they can’t be wasting product because I didn’t ordered the item correctly. At which point I became upset. Who treats their customers this way!! I know what I ordered it’s not my fault you can’t put it in the register correctly!! Then I was told to leave the drive thru after asking for my money back!! I amNot leaving if I did not get my order and you refuse to refund my money. Then after leaving me sit at the drive thru someone finally came back and agreed to make the order correctly. But the sandwich’s then were made wrong. Someone needs to come in and change the manager out of this store as she wasn’t even there when we had the issue. She is also allowing teenagers to run a place is unacceptable. A manager or assistant manager needs to be there this business is run very irresponsibly. Sandwiches should have had cheese no cheese and severely undercooked bacon.
