The two ladies working today were so unprofessional and rude. especially the younger caucasian lady. She was literally yelling at the guy at the drive thru window because he added to my order while I was at the window. I told her that it wasn't that serious and she just ignored me and continued yelling at the dude. I will never go there again. I decided to go there instead of Burger King because they had awful reviews, they couldn't be worse than this Dunkin Doughnuts. To the young man at the window, thank you for staying very professional.
I'm usually not the one to give bad reviews but I go to this dunkin donuts 5 days a week. 4 out of the 5 days they usually mess up my order. Not sure if it's the drive thru system or they just dont listen.
This location all ways makes me mad either they close early or they are out of something you want. I get it it’s on a major highway but come on you can’t always be out of mocha flavoring at 7am
Blueberry iced sweet tea is so good. Pair it with a Boston cream donut and I'm solid, plus it's a really good price.
This has got to be the fastest as lightening Dunkin ever. Love this stop. They rock and always count on great flavor in my coffee!!
Clean and the staff is super friendly, you're greeted with smiles. The chocolate donuts were very good.
Amazing breakfast food as always. The roasted tomato and hummus toast was delicious. The sausage, egg and cheese wake up wraps were to die for, as always. Thank you for keeping America running!
Asked for cream cheese on the side.NOT. they don't make their donuts fresh , they ship them in! Mine was hard as a rock.The 6 measly burnt hashbrowns were also a waste. The worst $14.60 I spent in a long time
Yesterday.... 1/2/2021 and actually normally I receive excellent service. Yesterday in particular, the girl was so polite and friendly I gave her an $8 tip and told her that her and her team do an amazing job.TODAY @ 6:30 am. I do my usual. The girl was not into it. I had to repeat my order numerous times before she finally got it right. Got up to the pick up window. No greeting. Handed me my bagel. Handed me my latte. Still no response. Hardly even looked at me.I realized the reason she got my order wrong each time and Long periods of silence were because she was doing other things and not paying attention. Although, there was only one other car in the drive thru.I realize that times are rough right now and people are stressed but I also work in customer service and it’s one thing to be busy and another thing to be down right RUDE.The girl that was running the drive thru on 1/2/2021. You are amazing. Every time I come there you give the best service ever and thank you for that. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The girl who took my order on 1/3/2021. Take things slower. Even if you are having a hectic or bad day. Just remember that it’s not the fault of the customers you are serving and if you have a problem just saying hello or thank you to a customer then you need to rethink if that is the right job for you.
The lobby is currently closed, but the drive-through is open, and I have yet to have any problems here. I've been going to this location for over a year, almost daily. Great service.
