I don't normally complain about orders that are messed up, accidents happen. I have been going here off and on for a few months. I can go 5 days a week and on 4 of those days my order will be wrong. I would give them a pass if I was ordering detailed and complicated things. However, I'm not. If they can't reliably make a toasted bagel and put extra cream cheese on it, there is a problem. If I can't order a coffee with flavoring and extra flavoring, there is a problem.
I’m not really sure what’s happening here at this Dunkin but waiting almost a half hour in the drive thru is absurd. I used to run a McDonald’s and let me tell you, your job is NOT hard. Your employees all have attitudes and it seems as though they just can not get peoples orders right. I hate leaving bad reviews. I completely understand that a lot of places have been extremely short staffed in the last few years. I get it. But the way this Dunkin is run is sad. I hope they make some changes soon.
This is two times now they have messed up my order an still didn't make it correctly they have to get there stuff together they are making dunking donuts looks bad the picture is how they did my cake batter latte ?
This location is the worst in Ocala. Consistently out of basic items. Out of tea by 2 pm - 3pm on most days. Often do not have straws, cups or lids. When asked employees state the district manager orders supplies. He will not order adequate supplies because he wants to make a bigger bonus. The management needs an overhaul. The store employees are friendly and apologetic. No wonder this location can not keep staff. Horribly managed store.
What’s the point of making an app order if your employees are going to throw the ticket away before filling the whole order. I ordered an iced coffee and picked out 6 donuts. My husband goes up there and all they hand him is my drink. He said there’s supposed to be 6 donuts too. The girl says do you know what kind? So my husband try’s to guess what I ordered. He over hears the girl telling the manager she already threw away my ticket! What in the actual hell? So we go to eat our donuts and two of them are custard which we BOTH hate! Only ONE donut was right. What a joke of a place!
I wish I could show you pics of my food. I asked for a bagel with cream cheese. I got a burnt hard bagel with cream cheese on one side and not the other. When I asked for more the general manager told me that I would be charged 1.25 extra. No other dunkin donuts does that. Won't be back.
I Love Dunkin Donuts From Their Donuts To Their Bagels With Cream Cheese Even To Their Hot Chocolate. Guys Get Some Dunkin For Breakfast If You Want So Good Breakfast.
Got my order wrong brought it inside to complain and they gave it to the driver behind me.. Just disgusting that drink should of been remade.
Moved about a mile from here 18 months ago. First time I tried to go there, I placed my order for a coffee online, waited 5 minutes and then went in to get it. Got yelled at by some minimum wage coffee pourer because I didn't have my mask on. Told her I was just going to be here 10 seconds to get my coffee, picked it up and left. Today, I decided to treat myself and get a donut and coffee and sit in the restaurant to consume them. Drive thru line was wrapped around the building. I parked and tried to go in. Doors were locked. No sign explaining why or anything. I just left and I doubt that I will ever return. I will just go to Publix next door. This has to be the worst DD ever.
Poor service its like the employee was doing me a favor price of a 2 donuts is like buying a gal of gas.
