Great fairly new Dunkin small place but it packs a big punch with all the wonderful top yummy Donuts bagels muffins and great coffee drinks. Sweet young attentive workers . My new zen place
On Blvd out of bags of regular coffee ground.Doughnuts looked day old as usual.Staff usually rude as well during this visit.Just go to Tas-t-o for fresh Blvd. Doughnuts.Ended up driving toMaricamp Dunkin doughnuts had bags of ground coffee ( a lot ) plus fresh soft doughnuts. This Dunkin is always 5 stars for staff and food freshness.
(05/17/22) Young lady and I say lady sparingly because that person is anything but, working drive-thru at 4am has zero customer service skills and a huge attitude problem. In 30 years of being alive I've never met another person like this young lady that was that comfortable disrespecting another human being let alone a adult. She's the epitome of what this generation represents. I've be a habitual customer at this location for 4 years after today will not be back. You can thank her for that!
I went there before work and tried to place my order at the speaker but part way thru my order the lady kept saying to pull up to the window (numerous times) as I was saying that I was not finished with my order, so I figured that I would finish my order at the window. When I pulled up to the window, I was told I could not order anything at the window and that if I wanted to order anything else I would have to go back thru the line or come inside after they had already charged my debit card, which I did not know at the time. When they tried to hand me my coffee that I had ordered they had made the coffee wrong, I had ordered it with whip cream on top, but they said that I had not paid for whip cream and could not get it put on there now. I told them to forget it and to keep the coffee and I drove away, in which I called and spoke to the manager and was told that when I came back, I would be able to get my whole order for free and that they had not charged my card for it. A couple of days later I checked my account and found that they had charged my account so I went back and figured that I should at least get my coffee that I had been charged for. When I went back to get my order they said that they had the list of things that I had tried to order but only wanted to give me the coffee, in which I was told that I could not get extra caramel, as I wanted because they were not able to do extra caramel at that time since they would not have enough caramel for the next person that wanted caramel in their coffee. At that point I just asked for a refund since they didn't want to give me any part of what I had ordered previous or at that time. I would not recommend going to this Dunkin location.
I go to dunkin every morning for the past 3 months and they always burn the hash brown it’s so unacceptable I don’t know if the oven is old or something and trust me I love going to dunkin before work but things gotta change if it’s the oven or just the staff messing around and not caring about peoples food that they pay for.
Just take a look at how pitiful this bagel is. How hard is it to put cream cheese on a bagel?! I was so hungry and so disappointed to see this after driving away.
I used to be a regular here but won’t be coming here anymore. With all of the wrong orders I am done. It crossed the line when they could not get the correct order with my son. A plain toasted bagel with nothing on it. It doesn’t get easier that that. Instead there was an excessive amount of butter, it was burnt and my unsweet tea was sweet. I’ll try the other location from now on.
The friendly staff. I accidentally ordered the wrong drink. They got me the right drink and let me keep the other at no extra charge. How great! Thanks!
I fell in love Dunkin' donuts frozen coffee since I moved at 6 months ago I actually have a few favorite spots Dunkin' donuts spots more than others but that frozen coffee is good their breakfast sandwiches are good and usually I get really good service
I showed up at 30 min before closing and waited about five minutes for them to take my order. No customers were there? they said the oven was off so I couldn’t get hash browns . Ok whatever!!! I ordered 2 hot coffees and it was cold and OLD!! They didn’t want to make new coffee and charge me full price for old cold coffee. That is unacceptable!!!
