I just ordered a coffee from this location for the first time and it was honestly the best experience I have ever had at a DD.I tried to call in and compliment the man who made my drink, but I couldn’t reach anyone, so I hope whoever it was who helped me can see this!He was so nice and personable. And my drink tasted amazing so that helped.I wish I looked at his name, but I’m happy I made a pitstop there that morning!!Wonderful service and staff :)
I stop get a ice coffee the lady was so RUDE!!! IF YOU HATE CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB DONT WORK IN THAT TYPE IF JOB!!!!!! NEVER WILL I GO BACK TO LOCATION BECAUSE I TRY TO SCAN MY APP FOR MY REWARDS HER SCANNER WOULDN'T WORK I AM LIKE WHAT IN WORLD SHE SAYS I DINT CARE DONT OWN THIS PLACE!!!! SURPRISE SURPRISE MY COFFEE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I GUESS SHOWS A COMPANY HIRES PEOPLE LIKE THAT NOTHING EVER GOOD COMES OUT!!!!!!!
Stopped in on my way to Florida. Got coffee and a muffin. Can't really go wrong. Not much variety for the muffins.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The iced coffee was fresh and delicious. The store and restroom were both clean and well cared for.
Drive thru was so fast. The server at drive thru was a young man. Who was so pleasant and courteous. Such a nice place. Stop there every time I go on a trip and pass by it. Always so nice. Coffee is so good. If you use Sweet and low. Just be aware. They stopped using it but do have Splenda an other sweetners. I always carry s&l so no problem.
Come here usually around 7-8am. The staff is often pleasant and they do a good job trying to get you in and out. It’s appreciated. Thanks!
Wow worse experience ever . We went through the drive tru a family of 8 and ordered alot . We get to the window and the lady gives us our drinks and we say we’re missing drinks please go park . We park and a lady comes out and states “ we just can’t give you a free drink without paying “ I stated mam who said we wanted a free drink we ordered and pay for everything . I asked to speak to a manger and as I walked in she yelled in the whole store this is my manager and the whole time the items missing was in the receipt . Never again will I go their I have never been so disrespected .
Great friendly atmosphere..... hot coffee and a new employee that was a little slower than some of the older customers had liked, but he was willing and able to fulfill all orders accurately and with a smile
Go through the drive thru order 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees! 1 sandwich and 1 coffee COMPLETELY wrong. Call to have it corrected and get a HUGE attitude! Definitely not going back to correct it when I get an attitude because of the order I was very clear about was made incorrectly. Jazlyn needs training on listening, customer service and really should not work with the public.
I was in there with 3 of my friends that didn't know how to order their coffee and didn't even know what they liked but our cashier was so nice and patient and she made my ice coffee perfectly which hasn't happened in awhile so I just wanted to say thank you for great fast service our cashier was terrific
