Great customer experience and all around great food. Only reason it's not 5 star is because of the wait for the drive-thru.
Coffee tastes good. I’ve been here multiple times.I placed a mobile order this morning and when I went in to pick it up I noticed my cups had about a 2” gap at the top where it wasn’t filled up. When I asked if she could fill it up she was rude and had an attitude and then said she had to charge me to fill up my cup all the way just because I got less ice. I ALWAYS order this same drink and have never had someone charge me more for a drink I already paid for.This is why I prefer Starbucks. Dunkin’s customer service is terrible.
I don't know what is worse, the Damm roaches or the customer service. We have been multiple times a day customers for 8 years and the employees have become very rude, complaining about regulars, tip amounts and make this store very uncomfortable to be at. Half the time in the last month and a half they mess up the order and get it wrong. Also this location seems to have a high turnaround rate for employees. Definitely needs help.
They had on donots at 7:30 p.m. No napkins or spoons. Bad costume services. Bathrooms locked
This place doesn't deserve a star. Stood in the lobby for 10min. Not one of the 5 employees in the store said a word to us. They made eye contact with us multiple times, but never bothered to say hi or we will be with you in a minute. We ended up leaving. Horrible customer service!
Was asked to pull up to the door for my drive through order. Waited for five minutes and nothing. Went inside and they hadn't even started my drinks. I was the only person in the drive through and only one group inside.
Is sad people dont want to work, no customer service what so ever rude treatment from workers in the drive through and always makes me and other customer wait at the side for my orders. (My fault for keep coming to this location in specifict) no anymore.
This place was friendly they made my ice coffee perfectly it's been awhile since I've gotten a perfect I've coffee
2022-04-30 8:00 PM, This evening we found the lobby locked.That cost the location a sale of roughly $75 plus dollars.I had wanted a large ice cream cake, two special banana splits, two large soft serve ice cream cups, and whatever my daughter-in-law wanted.I, a senior Disabled Veteran, doubt, as this is a Dunkin' Donuts / Baskin Robbins location, that I'll be inclined to shop at any DD / BR location for a good long while.Go ahead, blame the Pandemic, or whatever, for your dis-service to your patrons.
I ordered 3 signature's latte’s and they all had no sugar what a terrible taste.Also there was a hint of weed coming from the cashier.
