Have great blueberry and sour cream donuts. The double chocolate is so rich. The breakfast sandwiches are pricy but tasty. I do jot drink coffee and care less about it
This location did a GREAT job on my coconut milk latte. Great flavor, generous with the milk portion. Always enjoy avocado toast.
I come to this Dunkin 3-5x a week for breakfast before a 10 hour day at work. Sometimes it's amazing, the perfect breakfast stop: easy to order, get through a quick line, get the correct food and drink, and head to work. Other mornings, it's like these people are on another planet (re: one guy at at the the register literally told me "Sorry I'm on another planet right now," the other morning after getting an incorrect drink back from me, then handing me two more drinks, only one of which was even mine). I have had to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker box, only to still get the incorrect items, and not have time to wait for it to be corrected (on these mornings, even if there are only a few cars ahead of me, the line takes absolutely forever, and you can see the cars ahead passing back incorrect items too). It's a gamble honestly, but worth it so much on the good days. ?
I tried to order an iced Mocha late they wanted to know if I wanted cream and sugar. After going back and forth several time I said just give me a hot mocha.... same question would you like cream and sugar??They game me COFFEE NOT ESPRESSO with chocolate.WHAT IN THE FFFFFFFFFFFFFF!!!!!??????
I stopped here on the boulevard at least three times a week to get a nice coffee. Two times I stopped there and they owe me two or three cents change not a big deal but they just keep it don't even ask me if I want it back I think that's kind of weird. I should be the one to decide whether I want my change back or not.
Not sure what is going on at DD, but they didn't have their special available yet signs everywhere, nor did they have the 2nd item I requested. Customer service was blah. Not sure why I felt compelled to spend my money on food here but won't happen again. The peach coconut refresher was surprisingly very delicious. Also the dining area was freezing.
I just ordered a blueberry crisp iced latte and the girl in the drive thru promised they had it and after I got whatever she gave me and was driving away I realized she outright lied to me, what I received was NOT what I ordered, she lied to me and gave me a plain iced coffee and STILL charged me full price for a latte... rediculous to outright lie to a customer just to get them to order something, it's unprofessional and wrong. If that's how dunkin does business, I'm not going there again. All I know about that liar is she was a tall black girl so don't know her name, but she shouldn't have her job lying to customers.
Girl was very pleasant however..drove up at 645 PM tonight, drive through lights off, sign lights were off. The only light on were the interior. Young lady came on intercom to drive surprisingly, we ordered 2 large hot coffees. Pulled around and what we actually got was 2 old barely warm coffees that were deff not larges. It seems this every time we have tried this location it has been a total disappointment. Someone needs to get this place together and fast!
Usually good service. But i guess somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bed. My coffe had only milk with caramel..... No coffee at all. Then wants to complain because i wanted them to fix it
Quick and efficient. Nice folks
