The morning manager is EXTREMELY RUDE. She needs to be displaced somewhere else. Also they need to learn what it means when a customer asks for double toasted or toasted dark.
The white older manager lady with the smoker voice is always rude af. I’ve given her chance after chance. I’m always nothing but nice to her even when they’re usually out of something. Literally every time I go. Two weeks ago I ordered food and she was a b*tch to me. Her attitude, voice, everything made me uncomfy when I hadn’t done anything wrong except order food. We are two nice college age women who are very extra polite since we both have experience in the food industry. She told us we would have to wait because ‘no one orders food at this time’ we said that was fine and waited politely and she rolled her eyes at us.I rolled up to the window today. I asked for hashbrowns. She said they were out. I asked for bacon. She said they were out. I asked if they had any more food. She said they’re out for Fourth of July when they haven’t served food to us for over three weeks. Actually one of the days last week they were closed early for no reason. Literally fire that woman. I go to dunkin almost every day before work but I not anymore… going to go to Starbucks. She alone turned away two long time dunkin lovers.
Love it but not the fact that they run out of almost all food items after like 3 pm. Also wish they're hours were longer and the employees were more patient, understanding and respectful about other's time, wants and needs!¡
Everyday they're out of stock on SOMETHING. I sat at the window waiting for my modified meal because they were out of food and every order after me was "I'm sorry we don't have..." is out bad management or bad business? Either way, get it together.
stopped at Dunkin’ Donuts this morning and got a couple of croissants and some hashbrowns and our hashbrowns are black I called the store I asked the manager could we get some fresh cooked hashbrowns not burnt and for the trouble of having to drive all the way back and sit in their drive-through line for a whole nine minutes to get from the road to the speaker Ask could I get $1.59 wrap for free since you know I had to turn out and come all the way back then was told no wow great customer service
Employees very rude. Employee named Riley was especially confrontational, her explanation was that I didn’t sound “nice” enough on the intercom and that I did not ask her co-worker how her day was going, so therefore I was the rude one and that she was just returning the energy back ? This was very unprofessional on her part and uncalled for, (I greeted the employees and thanked them as I always do). I came to this location a couple times a week and have not been back since this incident (3/24/22) Riley (employee) I suggest you take your OWN advice and “find another line of work that does not involve the public”. That $6 coffee went straight to the trash after since I did not trust it to be untainted since y’all were that hateful from the start. Management do better! Shameful.
I go to Dunkin’s EVERY DAY!! But today the coffee was like water and cream. So I go back around the drive through because there lobby is NEVER OPEN at this location and ordered a black coffee with cream and sugar on the side so I can make it. I pay for it and she handed me my coffee then tells me she can’t give me cream and sugar even though I asked for it on the side at the speaker. I tell her I wouldn’t have bought a black coffee if I couldn’t get the cream & sugar on the side. So I want a refund or cream & sugar. She told me to get the F out of my drive through. I can’t believe the nerve of them and she was the manager. I’m going to call corporate but I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DUNKIN’s. NEVER!!!
I had a very poor encounter with the Manager Kristina 42788. She took my order in the drive thru and was very rude. Kristina had a very condescending tone and interrupted me as I ordered food. She was impatient which caused me to only order one item even though I was there to buy at least 3 items. Due to Kristina’s rudeness, I will never go to store #349960 for business. I will also highly recommend friends, family, co-workers, and strangers to avoid this store.
The food is absolutely amazing and the customer service is wonderful as well. Kristina is a very sweet and nice person she was very kind and very helpful.
Honestly it was the worst dunkin I’ve ever been too! Drive through was backed way up, the food was burned and wrong! Can’t go inside due to short staffed… even boca which is super over populated had a better dunkin. Disappointed in what’s become of this restaurant! I guess I’ll spend the little extra for Starbucks. And it’s not the employees fault 100% this company as a whole is dying off..
