They delivered the wrong pizza. Manager was rude and didn’t care about it.
Cant believe I gave them another chance. Ordered 2 pizzas the other night. One came with no sauce at all, the other the meat tastes funny. Goodbye Dominos
Meat on pizza tasted rancid and it was overcooked. Manager was rude and told us they would be charging 15 cents per packet of cheese with future to go orders. We will never be back!
Prepared and delivered on time. Ordered the wings, dessert and the pizza on-line and it came out delicious. Driver was professional and kind.
Always good pizza. No problem at all ordering on-line. Only had a couple of deliveries that were late, but problem. I'm not a Karen so they were forgiven. LOL
Tonight was a very unpleasant night with the restaurant owned by Tracy Domino's Southwest 200 Ocala Florida. I placed an order for two large pizzas thin crust square cut a Coke and brownies. When driver arrived he appeared to be very rushed and dumped my food into my arms out of the black warming box. I done had to pay the driver and he took the money satisfied. Driver did not issue our drink at the time of his arrival or departure. 10 minutes after driver left he returned and stated to me that I did not give him enough money embarrassed I hurried and gave him 20 more dollars which was $4 over what our bill was driver did not offer change did not say thank you did not give us our Coke and proceeded to let me know that the reason he came back is because he didn't want to pay for our dinner out of his paycheck. After his departure we realized we had not received our drink. I called to the store on Southwest 200 Ocala Florida and spoke with a man named Zach. I explained nicely what happened with our experience this evening he stated he was the manager and the only thing he felt he could do was give me a credit for a soda to be purchased in the future.. he did not offer to have the driver return so we were able to have our drink with our food. Normally it would be okay because our little store would be open in our neighborhood however it was too late at that time I felt inconvenience and rather shafted. I told Zack that I did not even problem returning the food if we could wait I receive a hot meal that we purchase along with our drink Zack told me again he would not do that expressed disappointment and with the driver being neglectful of giving our full order to us he ruined our dinner. I am very disappointed when I asked Zach for the number to his corporate headquarters I was denied that number I was told he did not have any access to anybody with more seniority than himself. I did not feel as if the customer service was nice or, dating or even grateful that they had business tonight the pizza above in the pictures it's the pizza we receive for dinner is very dry no sauce and cold very quickly very disappointing it is 11:40 tonight at this time and my family has still not had the dinner from Dominos. To this time I still have not had the driver return and bring the coke as promised from Haley return to phone call from Domino's I alerted Hailey to the fact that I have Google review and I would share my experience with Google and the internet. I have dined at this restaurant 4/8 years living where I live and I have never ever have such a bad quality service as I did today Zach Haley and the driver we're horrible examples of dominoes representation I do not like to complain but I feel after $50 of monies we're paid to a restaurant that we were not given a service we were given a disservice. I would not have brought this to Google review however I was denied a complaint line or any higher managerial people other than Zack and Haley. I'm sorry it had to be a horrible review I hope others have the courage that leaves the same type of review and that is what the service they received.
This Dominos has consistently been the best Dominos that I’ve ever ordered from. Delicious, perfect pizzas, delivered quick and hot. I’ve had many neighbors tell me that their experiences have been the same. Kudos to you!!
My husband ordered thick crust and when we got home, the pizza had the thinnest crust I have ever seen.
If I could give them a 0 star this would be one. So apparently when they make their wings they just drizzle the sauce across and not smother them. I called to request a refund, due to their policy of “if you’re not completely satisfied with your order” you can request a refund, only for them to say that they could give me “store credit” or I could drive almost 30 minutes back to them to have them make it again. This was a first and last time I’ll be getting anything from Domino’s. As they say “you get what you pay for”. Cheap pay, cheap service.??♀️
It's pricey and they don't put enough sauce on the pizza. But take is good if you order bacon
