The call in ordering service is horrible, they don't actually have a person they have it automated and it will screw your order up. So I had to drive over there to place my order to make sure I got the correct order.
Thomas was extremely friendly and prompt. He made my pizza just the way I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. Excellent customer service and I will be back!
I placed an order today via the automated phone system and paid for my order with this system as well. My order was for 4 large pizzas, 2 orders of breadsticks, and 1 small pizza. I was in a bit of a hurry when I placed my order and I didn’t check to make sure my order was correct. Upon arrival to my destination I realized that I did not have my 4th large pizza. I called to see if I could get a partial refund for the pizza I was missing and the gentleman who answered my call was very polite and redirected me to his manager (the woman I saw when I picked up my order). She promptly offered multiple solutions and we ultimately decided to have the single pizza delivered to where I was going to be the remainder of the day. I was unable to leave again to go back to pick it up and she was accommodating, apologetic, and very helpful. I will definitely be a customer of this location again. Kudos to this manager for working to put her customers first in a world where every business is short staffed. Great job and thank you! Whatever Dominos is paying this manager probably isn’t enough. Regrettably I didn’t have cash on me to leave a tip, so I hope that this review reaches senior management and she is recognized for her efforts.Thank you!

The pizza were not cooked properly. When I called to complain, I was treated as if I was lying. So I sent both pizzas back. The manager never gave me a chance to even tell him how the pizza was supposed to be made!!! He got upset when I said we would return the food and hung up the phone.
We get delivery from this store once or twice a week. Everything is always as ordered, it’s always hot, and it’s always delicious. My wife and I have been really impressed with this location of Domino’s!~~~~~~~~~~Another excellent dinner delivered by Domino’s. This is the college rd. location near Paddock Mall in Ocala. We ordered 3 different pizzas, 2 cheesy breads and ¿lava cakes? Everything was great from the food to the delivery. I’m sure that we will see these guys and gals next week!
Said they didn’t have me as a curbside but my phone clearly states it. You just didn’t want to give me the free pizza while I waited 6 minutes.
April 3rd around 9 o’clock I was tryna order pizza for my kids then a older lady assuming a manager the way she was talking rudely told us to get out but when we came back a young female agreed to take our order and was very nice even had a normal conversation with us.
I recommend carry out dominoes when ordering from this place. I ordered delivery and Dewayne stole both my pizzas! I still got charged and he did not leave either of my pizzas at the door when I requested a contactless delivery! We are in the middle of a pandemic!!! I love Dominoes, but I will have to give this center a 1 star rating until Dewayne is removed from the Ocala Dominoes location.
Terrible service. I love dominos, but not from here. Three times in a row. This is busted.
