The place is gross overall have no idea how they pass inspections !! No hairnets while cooking and the manager or owner apparently doesn't care because her employees cuss in front customers no hurry no proper cleaning techniques ... Was there the waitress was supposed to clean out the salt and pepper baskets she took the condiments out slapped the basket against her apron and put the stuff back in ?
Well , today is Shannon 's birthday. Enough said about that.Food was good as always or was I starving?? Hum great question . I've gone to another Darrell closer to home, in my humble opinion, not as homey as this one , no just kidding service was as I expected good as always.Whoever reads this please understand , I mean every word I say, I would not eat here if A)The food wasn't good. B)The price was not reasonable. C) Well... the atmosphere, enough said about that.HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHANNON!!!Peace
For a local small town type diner, this place is definitely at the top of the list! We were greeted immediately by the waitress and given our choice of seating. I ordered a bowl of chili to start and it came out promptly. It was very delicious. My meal was a buffalo chicken wrap, my family ordered a classic BLT, tuna melt, and classic burger. All the food was hot and delicious! The staff was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this diner!
Smoked sausage platter was sooooo tasty! I saw the pictures before I went and decided to get the platter! Definitely worth it! The home fries were nice and crispy! Sausage gravy is awesome! And I love the peppers and onions! Yummmy breakfast ! And good priced for large potions!
Some days taste better than other days ?️Today the food tasted amazing, was cooked properly and served hot! well not too hot but warmer than warm, but not too hot I couldn't eat it right away ? They serve breakfast all day which I LOVE and serve the kind of food I crave when I think of good home style cooking. The staff are great, service is great, prices are spot on and the environment is relaxed. Not a dump of a place but not fancy either. PERFECT FOR A GIRL LIKE ME THAT GREW UP IN THE COUNTRY. Good food like anywhere it's packed with not enough people to work it they did good though I thought for the amount of people in there one waitress was hustling good didn't catch her name but very friendly and pretty
