The ice cream is awesome, the service is garbage. I wish someone with customer service skills worked here. Everytime I have been in this store it seems as if the employees were in competition for who could ignore the customers the longest. Please hire competent employees to serve this great ice cream
The associates serving were attentive & helpful. The options were great and the associates were able to identify the dairy free options. We had a good experience and enjoyed our visit.
Had a pick up order for a cake. Lady was rude said the order was not ready for a 12 pm pickup, even though we placed it two-days in advance. And ignored us, she eventually checked the freezer and it was in there. The cake was good, only reason it's not 2 stars.
Ice cream too soft.. server does not use any gloves face mask or hair nets. Ice cream quality has dropped a lot not the same..
Order online , went to store and found out the manager ran out of milk and it was going to take two hours!!!!!! to make a shake. All they serve is cake and shake how you run out of milk ?! So I had to get the ingredients from them to make it at home !!! Minus the milk ?! For the same price ?! Waste of gas , no communication. Horrible
On Tuesday, March 15 at 7:17pm. My family and I went here and we were on Springbreak from Texas. We walked in and there was no in line but us. We stood there at least 5-6 minutes and not one worker acknowledged us. There were at least 5 workers behind the counter. My family and I decided to leave. I turned around and walked back in and told the workers that we had been standing there for at least 5min watching them talk to one another and no one ever said anything to us. One girl apologized. An apology is not acceptable in this case. We left, went down the street to Twisted Treats who had great and fast service!! I will not visit ColdStone again and I will be sure to let others know!!
VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! MY VERY FIRST TIME TRYING TO PURCHASE SOME ICE CREAM. I STOOD THERE FOR 5 MINUTES, THERE WERE 5 EMPLOYEES IN THERE AND NOT ONE OF THEM SAID, WE WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY. THEY DID NOT RECOGNIZE THE 2 CUSTOMERS THAT WERE IN THERE. So I left out and went to Twisted Treats and got my ice cream in about 60 seconds or less!! Horrible service, I will not visit that particular franchise in Ocala, Florida and will tell everyone I know not to visit as well!!!! Bad first impression!!!! To top it off, I was here on Spring Break from out of town. Very, very, very disappointing
Ice cream was good. The Medium was no bigger than the small... The facility was dirty inside.. The outside was just NASTY ! Trash over flowing melted ice cream everywhere.. Notice the picture below.
I'm not an ice cream person but the coffee ice cream with the heath bar in it was bomb! My son got the strawberry surrender one and he liked it.
Went in to use the bathroom and said I would order when I came back out. When I came out there was a group of three ordering. I stood next to them. Three of your people were behind the counter. Two were making a cake to order, it looked like. The third employee was busy filling orders. I went over to her and she asked if I wanted to order. I said yes please. I was told to get in line behind two more groups that came in after I had been waiting to make my choice. I was told I needed to get in line. There is no sign or line to indicate where a line is.I thanked them for the use of your bathroom and walked out.Some in service training needs to be scheduled.
