I'm a Burger King girl! Value n a good grilled burger. Always fast service and order is always correct. Friendly staff at drive thru.
Okay in the rush of the day, not very decent customer service. Sad that lots of fast food spits are like that now. The turn iver rate is high and the customer service is low.
Wish I could give negative star's. Absolutely the worst Burger King in marion County please do yourself a favor and avoid this establishment at all cost. Order was wrong called and told them they was wrong made another one and it was wrong what in the world is wrong with these kids.
Supposed to open at 5:30am my husband got there at 5:52 and sat in the drive through waiting for someone to take his order but of course it’s Burger King and no one hopped on the headset to take his order or atleast tell him they weren’t ready to open like always
For all of you that were not aware today was free whopper day at any participating burger ? king. On the smartnews app it said that all you had to do was go to one and you would get one. I go there and then they tell me that I had to use the mobile app in order to get them. I tried everything I could instruction wise so that I could get my free sandwiches. A young african/ american teenage boy I do not know his name but he was very helpful to me in trying to help me get my free food to no avail he did what he could to help me. Then I asked for his manager to help me and she was absolutely useless of my situation even after I showed her the news article on my phone she totally disregarded me as a paying customer and such when I go to any restaurant I like to deal with knowledgeable and competent managers anywhere but today I was very infuriated with the manager because she did absolutely nothing to help me at all! For the news telling me that all you had to do was to go to a burger ? king for a free whopper and then be told that you had to use your mobile app is a deceptive practice! Had I known that I would've prepared in advance before going and had what I needed before ordering. I commend the cashier at the route 484 in ocala for being patient and trying to help me unlike his manager who was a caucasian woman who could stand to lose some weight which was totally unaware that today was free whopper day but the cashier that took care of me was also unaware until I showed him the news article but he did what he could. I was dissatisfied with my service today and ended up buying something else when I wanted my free whopper's!!! The manager should be replaced! The cashier should replace the manager he was more patient and understanding than the manager!!!
Very cold french fryies looks and taste like its from yesterday , i know they can do better. Dont be lazy trow away the old n make new ones. I love burger king but with this i may have to start goin else where !
Very unorganized... Orders being made wrong.. I was skipped and had to ask where my order went. Manager seems very loud and not very friendly/approachable. I always dread coming here because they are so slow and not very pleasant but it is the closes one to my home. People have no work ethic anymore. What a shame!
I really like the impossible Whopper good that some burger chains have vegan options I wish they would have more. Still good stuff
Used to be good but not anymore I usually order my food to eat right at the place because Like it nice and worm. Now when they served you the food is already cold I guess the cook they’re hamburgers and their French Fries ahead of time.
Went through drive-in girl was very nice, she even gave what I ordered! I was happy & even gave me napkins.
