A great dining experience was had by all at Bone Fish yesterday. The food we ordered was well prepared and the price was reasonable. The wait staff was excellent in their knowledge the menue. A return trip is definitely in the future.
It was a nice environment and great food
We both had the special of the day, rock butterfish for $27.90. The crab topping was bland, but the rock butterfish was excellent. We had 2 sides come with the meal, large portions of green beans & the coleslaw was so tasty that I will have that again as a side. The coleslaw didn’t have mayo. We sat on the front porch as it was 80 degrees at 5:30. Lauren S. was our server & she was perfect.
Two of us had fish dinners, both were great. Service, price and delivery of our food was all what you’d expect from a great restaurant.
Everything was fantastic, Sarah was our server and she was absolutely phenomenal (very nice and knowledgeable). Food came out super fast and it was really delicious. I had the rainbow trout with Spinach and Coleslaw, and can say that I was not disappointed. Whenever we are by the area, we will definetly be back.
To go order. Fairly underwhelming. Ordered a bowl not a cup of CORN CHOWDER & LUMP CRAB with a hint of bacon. Definitely cup amount in bowl without any “lump” crab. The BANG BANG SHRIMP® which is crispy shrimp tossed in our signature creamy, spicy sauce on the side was fine. But the KEY LIME CAKE is a generous slice of vanilla citrus cake layered with sweet-tart key lime frosting, lightly dusted with coconut. Uber eats doesn’t mention coconut and I’m allergic so not the best experience.
Loved it! Seated quickly(20 min) with no reservation. Great bar drinks..I had a delicious vodka martini. We enjoyed the delicious bang bang shrimp for our starter. Our salads we cold, crispy and flavoful. Forbour main course my husband had surf and turf, I had 2 lobster tails with jasmine rice...just divine!!! We both agree was a great dining experience.
A two nite business trip to Ocala required in room dinners at my hotel. First night was excellent with every box ticked. Second time was far less than, with dry over cooked salmon, no utensils and a delivery bag that was not stapled or protected from tampering. I’ll re-think an order when returning to Ocala.
GREAT service, not a long wait, food was absolutely delicious and the family enjoyed eating here for the first time and we WILL be coming back often.... and as you can see there is a things to choose for the non sea food people in your family
Beats Red Lobster hands down! Very little price difference and the quality and choices of meals are 100% better.We were sick Red Lobster's broke down Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Love the bread and olive oil at Bonefish. We always look forwards to our visit here.
