Took 15 minutes to get biscuits and gravy because they were out of gravy at 830AM? And then 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee for no apparent reason. Kind of a letdown for a fast food place that serves breakfast. I rarely go out for fast food because it's all pretty much sub par but this slow service didn't help. The girl who took the order was very nice tho. My bad for going out for fast food.
This is the best chicken I have ever had. The biscuit is so good. It’s just a life changing experience. Bojangles makes you a better person. 5 stars Bojangles! 5 stars!

I love this fried chicken! We need one of these in Akron, Ohio zip 44313 let's just say we were in town for a week and we chose to have Bojangles for three separate meals! Well thanks for the memories!
Place looked clean, young cashier was very inexperienced and did not have enough experience (my opinion) to be waiting on customers by himself, and if he did his customer service skills were awful. We ordered our food to go and it was delicious as always. We miss having a Bojangles out west in Texas so this was a great treat for some country ham biscuits for us. This building looked new. This is my personal opinion. Safe travels and great eats along the way.
Chicken tasted like it was spoil. It seem like it was in the refrigerator for more than 2 days! Please pay attention that Raw chicken are only good in the refrigerator for 2 days. I had to throw the chicken out before I got food poisoning. The smell of the chicken can tell it was old or spoil before they fry it. Please do not buy here! Check your chicken before you leave and smell it. Also staff don’t wear mask while working. Health inspector contact to check them out.
Didn't get to have their actual meals lol but what I did have for my first time ever going was to die for!! Bo-berry muffins were top notch ?? and the chocolate banana pies ?? don't have one close and really wish we did but will definitely be back some day. Oh and dirty rice was delicious!!
Inside services was very slow, somewhat unorganized. No gloves handling the food and no hair net. This was concerning to me. That was my first time inside, I always go through drive through with no problem. Really hope everyone handing food starts wears hair nets a gloves. It’s the right thing to do.
We went in to order but we’re still deciding when the staff asked what we wanted. We asked for a few more minutes and they rolled their eyes and walked off. We took our business to the Culver’s next door.
Very good food, the chicken was great, tons of flavor, moist and delicious. Clean restaurants friendy people. 1st time will be back
