Service was quick and friendly. Food was really good. Ordered a pie and banana bread to go after my meal. Those were really good as well.
Not what we have come to expect from Bob Evans. Asked for my hashbrowns crispy, they were press paper thin and so hard they were hard to cut with knife, they wife's sausage were like brown and serve type they were cold and very tough, she had trouble cutting them unable to eat. Ordered the bacon backet, not like the picture, very poor quality bacon
Standard home-style fare with new lighter choices available. Super friendly staff especially since we had to arrive close to closing. Our waitress even provided additions to our order that were to be tossed.
On this particular day I just drove from Ft. Lauderdale to Ocala with only three almonds, a walnut, two cashews and a small piece of dark chocolate in my stomach. I was definitely hungry upon my arrival to this Ocala location. We were greeted with a very friendly employee. I looked over the menu and set my sights on the Sunshine Burger. The burger arrived looking just like the picture and tasted amazing. Maybe I was just hungry and ready to eat anything, but my visit to this location was pleasant and the restaurant was clean and smelled warm like apple pie and ice cream. I almost want to drive another five hours to revisit this place and enjoy another burger or maybe a country fried chicken. I need a Bob Evans located near me here in the Ft. Lauderdale area!
I placed an order through DoorDash. The pot roast was great! However, I paid almost $4.00 for a side of fruit and received three thin slices of cantaloupe, 11 grapes and one sad small strawberry (during strawberry season). not happy about that!
The server we had was horrible. After she took our order we didn't see her again. She didn't bring us any silverware never refilled our drinks. We needed extra napkins and had to wave down another waitress to get them for us. We asked her for our bill when she finally did come back to our table and again we had to wait probably 10 minutes before my husband got up to find out where she disappeared to and was told she had to go to the restroom. So no we will not go back to that Bob Evans again.
Service was rather quick for Easter Sunday. The food was amazing, portions could be bigger. Biscuits are amazing. Unfortunately the peanut butter pie, is lacking peanut butter. It's is about 70% chocolate and it overpowered the peanut butter. It was good, but I love peanut butter, and wanted it to taste like peanut butter.

Had breakfast there this morning. Food was good, but the service was outstanding! Really made our meal experience the best in a long time!Bobbi was extremely attentive to what we needed and nice and funny.We will definitely be back!
This is our 2nd time ordering the family meals to go from here, 1st time got home and the sides were cold had to reheat them, called and spoke with Manager offered some banana bread to compensate. Here we are a few months later and decided to order again and the same exact thing happened, and we were missing biscuits from our biscuits and gravy. Manager offered to compensate the order of biscuits and gravy next time and as far as the rest of the meal I had to come home and reheat everything prior to eating because it was again cold. $50 worth of food and I was offered a pie to make it better. I do not recommend ordering their family meals to go even though they advertise making dinner easier it truly made it more frustrating.
