Great customer service, our server was wonderful, patient and so nice ? we really enjoyed it. Food was delicious big brunch ?

Went for breakfast with my adult son. We were seated almost immediately as it was not very busy. Our waitress show within a minute to take our beverage order. She was friendly and talkative. We placed our orders but they were very slow to come. We had both ordered omelets and were both disappointed that they appeared to be make from liquid eggs rather than fresh eggs. My son had a side of sausage links which he didn't care for. My coffee came luke warm and tasted burned. At the checkout the cashier asked how everything was and my son replied " not good" and she totally ignored his response and didn't ask what had been the problem. Waitress was great but food was mediocre ?.
We stopped after traveling for hours and was told there would be a 10 minute wait. The restaurant was empty. After 10 minutes, we were told it would be another 25 minutes because there was only one server and one cook. There were 6 employees standing around doing nothing. We left after speaking with the manager on duty who gave excuses rather than manage his employees. As I was leaving he yelled at me and asked if I wanted corporates number.
Great service. The food was hot and tasty. The fact that they took down the seated counter which was a great convenience is the reason I cannot give them 5 Stars.

We had a party of 17 and we were well taken care of by our waitress! We were in a separate alcove where we were able to celebrate two birthdays without being rushed out. However, one of the men in our party was last to get every one of his dishes (drink, appetizer, and meal)and should have been accommodated (a free drink?) but was not. The food was good, the waitress was fun, but some people were done with their meal when my uncle was just receiving his. (Blueberry pancakes). Thankfully, he is a good sport. This was two weeks ago and it's still bothering me. Thus the reason for only 3 stars.

There currently isn't a single Bob Evans location in Gainesville, so I had to travel to the nearest Bob's in restaurant row in Ocala. I don't usually go out to any Bob's for breakfast, but there are hardly any lunch menu options suitable for me as an individual intolerant to wheat gluten and dairy casein. All the available seafood entrees are breaded, but the dish I tasted, the sirloin (cooked to medium-well perfection) with mushrooms and onions to go along with my chosen sides of fries and green beans, is delighting to my taste buds!
