Horrible attitude from the girl in drive-thru around 8pm. Asked for flavors- she said they aren't posted because they always change. So had to go online and find flavors- found one I liked and was told they didn't have it. Had to order a different one and then got attitude when my husband asked if they put cherries on the milkshakes. Just bad customer service.
Terrible attitude of employees on this location from black lady she was in bad mud while she attending us and when we ask for the supervisor it's was worst, a white girl with millions of tattoos and same attitude.This should be a happy place, just we went for ice cream and we came out with a big deception and no ice cream. What can of training this kinds received??? ? bad bad bad. Never again basking Robin's.
I came in on Monday June 6 at around 6:55ish and received the WORST service ever. Me and my family of 6 were looking forward to a treat so we went into the lobby. All tables were dirty, dunkin donuts shelfs were empty and cleared out. One customer sitting and waiting for the rain to stop. Worst part no one absolutely no one came to check on us and once we asked if theyre open they looked at us as if we were asking something out of this world. We continue to walk towards the ice cream section and still IGNORED US. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND , btw flies flying in there .
They have vanilla and sometimes chocolate ice cream. Good luck ordering anything else. They run out of bananas and most other fruit so good luck getting a smoothie, no gummie bears, no flavored ice cream that you actually want. They dont answer the phone so you cant call and check ahead of time. If you want to disappoint your children, take them here.As a point of reference, I didn't write this review until the 5th time In a row this happened. This location IS TERRIBLE. So disappointing as it was the best location in town for over a decade.
Unable to get an ice cream cake.Unable to enter at about 7 pm on a Saturday night.Poor information via phone, prior to trip to the Dunkin' / Baskin shop...Not recommended.
Why is it so hard to find my Ice Cream HERE! I go in ask if they have it ...they so no we don't carry it. What? Okay you guys are the ones who make it.So I have the girl move the ice cream around and Boom it's the one I'm looking for. Just look that's all I ask. People need to look and realize your working
My one star rating is based only on today's experience I drove past three other Dunkin' donuts because normally I find this particular Dunkin' donuts to be on point they usually have all their donuts throughout the day they're usually have polite and courteous service however today flat out sucked and I understand inflation is everywhere but please is and thank you and having an inviting attitude when your customers roll up to your speaker doesn't cost anything my service sucked today you were out of every good donut out of every good thing couldn't tell me what kind of ice cream flavors you had it was just and 309 for a half a scoop of ice cream is unreasonable even with inflation disappointing!
The girl that took care of my husband and I very well. She said she was very new but she was amazing at her job already. Very nice experience.
customer service was horrible, my husband asked for 2 scoops and only got one and i’m 100% sure she heard him because he’s loud and she was looking at him. there was a lot of mold AND mildew on the INSIDE where the ice cream is. overall a horrible experience
