Wow! Love this place! We stopped on a Tuesday afternoon, so it wasn’t busy. But the place had an awesome vibe, friendly staff, good prices, and tasty food. It’s also pet friendly. Our dog, Tucker, gave it a 5 bone rating and a “paws up”. ?
We stopped here one Saturday after visiting the farmers market downtown. Wanted a light lunch, so ordered fried green tomatoes with shrimp. Wow, tasty and delicious! The patio bar has great space outside but we opted for the AC inside. Lot of light, nice atmosphere. Fine service. We’ll add a salad next visit.
Best spot for bottomless mimosas and brunch on a Sunday. They have live music all the time. Strong drinks and delicious food. Highly recommend!
Walked in right at opening. Server was great, as we didn’t really order until after 11:30 but she took care of our drinks until then. Beautiful place! Outside had a variety of seating- tables with nice wicker chairs with cushions, couches, nice wood slab picnic tables, we did not see the inside. Some very cool art all over, plants, etc all set a great vibe. Bathrooms clean. Food was yummy with good portions and reasonably priced.
Such a great chill vibe. Great place for music and drinks, Mallory our server was awesome. Probably wouldn't go for food though.
Live music, outdoor dining, a lot of space.... just a genial idea. Menu could be more elaborate and offering a better variety... but this hit above the top for Ocala
This place was totally wild. We went on a Sunday at like 6pm and the host told us the kitchen was closed and we’d be lucky if we’d be able to get drinks. As soon as we sit down, though, we are greeted by a very friendly server who promptly takes our drink orders. Upon delivering the drinks, he asks what we’d like for food. Perplexed, we asked if the kitchen was open or not. He went in the back to check, and said we’d be able to order as long as we had our minds made up in the next 5 minutes. So we totally lucked out! The food was fine. Nothing to write home about. But the atmosphere was divine!! And we had some pretty good drinks too. I would probably go back just because of the atmosphere.
I really like the atmosphere & live music. Food has always been great!! Service however, since day one has always been hit or miss. Unfortunately, the service has been horrible lately. My husband almost refuses stop by when we are downtown. I talked him into going last night for dinner (St. Patrick's Day) and we never made it that far. We were seated inside, and all the tables were empty. We sat there for about 10min and another table got seated inside as well. Within a few minutes a server greeted them and wrote down their order. I waited for about another 5 minutes and then went up to the bar. The bar inside was empty as well. The only three people that were at the bar were leaving as I walked up. I stood at the bar for 2-3 minutes before she acknowledged me. I asked if she could send someone over to our table she said yes. I returned to the table and waited another 10 minutes when my husband and I finally got up and left. Definitely will not be back anytime soon. I understand some places are short staffed and have days where service is better than other days but, this place has ALWAYS had issues with service since they opened. Unfortunately, it's getting worse and not better! Hopefully, they will make some changes soon. I would hate to see such a neat place like this in downtown Ocala closing down.
Service was phenomenal. Our waitress was wonderful. Food was really good. The only thing I found forgetable was the Ahi Tuna appetizer, it wasn't very good. Everything else was good. We will go back.
We had a fantastic lunch!! Bank Street hosts such a lovely, unpretentious ambiance. The burgers were cooked to perfection and the desserts were excellent! Our server was Kara, and she was just phenomenal!! Extremely attentive and a master of her craft! I'd give 6 stars if I could. Either way, we will definitely be back!!
