Let me preface, the food was Arby's. It tasted exactly like it should.The service however? The young man working the register looked as though he was dissociating into the sunset. As I stood in line, I witnessed him dramatically wipe his hand up his nose and face (during a pandemic, yummyyyy!) When I finally got to the register (because I waited in line for 15-20 minutes, one register running and 5-6 visible crew members running the "back of house", weird when the front was drowning....), the young man working the register mumbled every part of the order transaction to me in the LOUD restaurant, resulting in me having to ask what he said multiple times, labelled my name a "Branard" and had misnamed EVERY PERSON IN LINE, making it difficult to obtain the correct orders. Start to finish, it took nearly 35 minutes to get my "fast" food. Crummy service, mediocre food.Thanks, guys. Time to can your weak day crew. In case you're curious for employee reasons, I came in at 1:10pm on 7/9.
Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes just to get my food and drive away and my order be wrong. Gotta love fast food workers
Curly fries were great! People seemed careless and didn’t listen to instructions. Forgot our red ranch sauce twice! And our roast beef sandwiches were cold by the time we got to the car and ate them, but the restaurant was very clean so 3 stars ??

Typical fast food establishment but it's inside a nasty truck stop. I drive a truck and have to stop to get fuel. If you can stand the urine smell from the parking lot the food isn't bad.
Visited this establishment on Sunday evening. One other customer in the restaurant. Five employees working but the dining room was dirty, garbage cans full, no condiments/straws out. While taking my order employee was actually almost laying his head on cash register and telling me how tired he was. Also employees with long hair had no hairnets(male employees). Last visit to this place!!
Got food poisoning because they forgot to change the cooking oil and grease and undercooked chicken. Was ill for 2 and a half days. WON'T be eating there again
I was soooo impressed by this location. They were a little short staffed but were still very efficient. I wish I had the young lady's name that worked. She kept saying "I will be right with you." She was so pleasant to everyone no one seemed bothered to wait. Honestly this is the freshest food I have ever gotten from ANY Arby's! (Plus it's located within a Pilot so the restrooms are very clean). (Management pls see who worked on 4/4/22 @ 1120 am...EXCELLENT SERVICE by ALL).
Food was good even though we had to wait a little bit for it. There was a limited staff and I actually felt bad for the two guys I could see from my window because they were working hard running around like crazy trying to fill orders. I gave him a tip...my order was all there and correct too.
I always stop here when I am getting fuel and need a bite to eat when I am traveling on I-10. I like the location, its clean and I feel safe. The staff is friendly and polite. Its comforting if I am traveling alone.
