I come to this Arby's on the regular and The bigger manager duck dynasty looking dude behind the counter continues to berated his employees and is always yelling . My last visit he referred to the cashier as 'boi' and kept telling him that if he kept messing up it was going to be a long night right in front of customers . And this is not the first time bruh it's just a fake beef n cheddar it's not that serious
Hit or miss. I went last night around 9:30 pm. I ordered medium fries and every container was only half full if that. I guess since it was late they just rip you off instead of cooking more fries.
Ordered a large milkshake and got a small. They would not refund my money.
Always great. Busy yet still fast and correct.Good crews here, they crank out the orders and get you fed.
My family and I been coming to your location for months and we never had any complaints and no issues with your food. Your employees are very professional, very nice, and AWESOME! ????. We LOVE ❤️❤️❤️ your food, your management is doing a EXCELLENT JOB and your staff is incredibly helpful and awesome. Other arby's I had problems with the food not being fresh. Sometimes service can be a bit slow. However, the food is consistently good and hot. Occasionally, they may make a mistake in putting the order together. Overall, decent service and good food!
Fast service, though they're not good at listening to and reading the screen when it's comes to special instructions on food preparation. For example, cheese sauce on the side, no lettuce, we got medium fries when receipt said large fries.
Must have new manager food was good this time cost has gone up as most all places it was clean also but not real busy then
Store 8298 in Ocala. Dine in and order was taken at 1334 16 April. Employee was Jacob. Order ID AACCRKRLACAXSat for 30 minutes eating my meal. Restrooms were nasty. Dining room was nasty. No kids for cups. No trays for dining in. Everything was put in togo bags.Bottom line place is nasty and staff don't care.Eat somewhere else.
I have been going to this Arbys 2150 ne 49th ct since it opened. Today I was doing my reg. drive thru and who is in front of me an angry man insisting on a discount waving a piece of paper (did NOT look like a coupon to me) throwing hand gestures we will leave it at that, My turn Drive thru girl was super nice Ashli I believe was here name she brushed off that knuckelhead and treated me very nice YOU NEED MORE EMPLOYESS LIKE HER this happened around 5pm on monday 4/18/2022. That angry person thinks he is intitled to a discount for no reason. She is only doing her job and she is doing it 5 STARS good
