Got home and my simple order of one classic with cheese and one half pound was 2 classics no cheese... thanks for ripping me off, can't even call to complain lines has been busy for 10 minutes
Good food and nice employees.Bummed they don't have the salad bowl anymore. It was really good with turkey. Especially when you have them warm up the meat.

No one really wants the details… But I am not stopping until somebody does something about that so-called manager that was on around 8 o’clock Tuesday night! That is literally the rudest human being to be working in an industry like this . I ask her is this how you train people to treat your customers and she wants to tell me that she didn’t treat me anyway. Unbelievable, and then serve some half rated two little slivers of a regular roast beef sandwich to me, I am sure she thought that was cute. As she discussed this with the girl that was at the window and they were in there laughing about it. This is why you people are losing money because you hire little attitudes.like that… she should be embarrassed but I’m sure that’s not in the vocabulary. And shame on Arby’s for hiring someone with that caliber of ignorance.
Really polite lady in drive thru and food was great. I will not return to this location ever again. Back door was left propped open. I was in drive thru for over 15 minutes and this door was open the entire time. First off, bugs can fly or crawl in as well as rodents. Second, the security of employees ate at risk of someone just sneaking in and third, this was a fire safety Hazzard as there was a ladder laying in front of the walk way that people could trip over if they needed to escape in an emergency. Otherwise, everything was great.
We picked up a late dinner at the drive-thru. The food was great. The crinkle cut fries were hot and crispy. We were happy. The chicken salad sandwich was good. Of course the roast beef sandwiches were awesome.
Went through the drive thru heading to work. Had to fast for a doc appointment and hadn’t eaten in almost 12 hours. Decided today was my cheat day from my Keto diet so I wanted to try the new brisket cheddar sandwich. Ordered that meal and an extra beef and cheddar. Got to work to eat…and I had the wrong order. Two classic roast beefs and a ruban. Totally disappointed. As someone that works in the food industry…the person running the window had no sense of urgency and was super soft spoken. Just a heads up to double check your bags and orders.
Our stop every trip thru GA on I-75. Always friendly and organized. Arby's Roast Beef is a perfect sandwich while traveling. Pick up the order and devour AFTER we get off I-75. We'll return.
Staff felt like they didnt want to be there, not friendly at all, not even a thankyou, have a good day, nothing. Fries cost alot ,and you only get a small fry for price of a large fry. Usecto love Arby's, This Arby's needs new staff.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Avoid at all risk. We were second in line to order and 25 minutes later the manager bags our order, leaves on counter and doesn’t tell us. I comment on the wait and he gets angry. What has happened to common courtesy?
