Slow. Took forever to do drive-thru (23 minutes) service was slow. Place was filthy and literally the roof above the speaker where you order is falling apart.
Went through drive thru, took almost 30 minutes start to finish. Ordered food, wasn't given a total or receipt, cashier was too busy on his cell phone. Went to next window, guy was not friendly at all. No eye contact. Handed me my food and the window closed. I understand it is fast food however a little customer service goes a long way.
Workers are confused & unfocused. They need an operations manager to get them able to ring up multiple items on ONE bill. Not charge me as if I drove around the drive thru twice. AH DAH
The service here today was wonderful. I ordered a meal and the cashier actually rung it up to where I saved a couple bucks so that was very nice of her. I had a Dave’s Double, large chili, and some chicken nuggets. All were fresh, hot, and very delicious. Restaurant was clean and brightly lit. I’m very happy with this visit and hope to be back soon. Thanks everyone! A+++++
Fries were over cooked. Nuggets were undercooked. Burgers were cold but the patty was over cooked, like burnt on the edges, so I’m guessing they were old. The woman working had an attitude and forgot all of our sauce, even though we were the only ones in line.
What a Joke of a place. 2 pm in the afternoon on a Thursday and the dining room doors are locked. Every one ignoring you at the door. The pandemic ended months ago. Stop making it an excuse to lock your dining room doors and just write we are too lazy to open it up and clean it afterwards on the door.
It's a Wendy's. App doesn't always work correctly, plus they close the dining room without notice forcing you to wait in the drive through just to pick up your order.
Service at the drive thru is good but the dining room is usually closed which is a bit annoying. Repeat dining room is almost ALWAYS closed. If you can't staff your restaurant close it this is ridiculous at this point.
just pick up breakfast and my drink have a large dead fly in it. Thank God i always look before i drink any fountain drinks. Picture to prove it. please be careful buying from this Wendy's. I try call them but they don't answer their phone and their mailbox is full. Needless to say this will be my last time getting Wendy's.
Glad there is a Wendy's close to my job. Food was hot and it tastes amazing. Really enjoyed the new fries.
