Great service. They were out of some items and mild sauce but nonetheless, great visit. Clean restaurant. Bathrooms could have been a bit cleaner. Not a bad place for a quick meal with very good prices. Located on corner of Oakland Park Blvd and NE 6th Ave. Area is up and coming with new places being built so it’s conveniently located. Great tacos.
When this location is open and fully stocked it is great. But unfortunately, all too often, it is understaffed and understocked and often closes early and restricts menu items. It is disappointing to drive all the way there and find that they have closed early for the night, not just on one occasion but on multiple occasions. Additionally, the inside staff do not acknowledge you and you have to wave a member of staff down for service. Travel just a minute or two down the street to your local Miami Grill and you will receive exemplary service and far more superior food. An intelligent business owner would open a well ran Taco Bell location in Fort Lauderdale and far surpass the poor earnings of this pathetic excuse for an American favorite.
Rudest employees!! The credit card machine was down. Common sense would tell anyone with a brain to put a sign at the beginning of the drive through line. Come up with an ingenious way to let customers know. But I guess I’m asking for to much. Inconvenience the customer by having them wait in line for 10 minutes then tell them it out just to have them wait another 10 minutes to get out the line. Not wait until customers get at the ordering menu and tell them that. The line is long and the wait is even longer. Once you realize they don’t accept credit/debit you are stuck in the freakin line. I was stuck there for almost 20 minutes. I told the employee they need a sign. She said it was not her job.
Worst of the worst!!! Nothing to do with the food. The staff is trash! (They may have 1 or 2 nice ones, but sadly their colleagues ruin it for them) Rude, no customer service, funky attitudes all the time…. I since have avoided this specific location! (And i tell all my friends to do the same!)Lobby is always closed randomly, when it should be open, when you ask why? The response every time is ‘idk’ .. the workers all claim they’re a manager if you ask for a manager. I hope corporate terminates all the ones that need to be let go for their trash attitude.. or at least does some secret shopping to see how horrible they are.
This Taco Bell wasn't able to accept or process ANY orders whatsoever. When I attempted ordering via their drive-thru lane (9:45 pm, 21 March 2022), the Taco Bell employee informed me their system was down. Frankly, she couldn't have been happier since this allowed her to continue socializing with her fellow employees while getting paid to do nothing. The apathy and less-than-attentive service at this location AT ANY TIME is one of the reasons to look elsewhere for your Mexican fast food.
“Our system is down, we can’t process your prepaid mobile order. Get a refund through the app because we aren’t going to make it.” Nice. System “was down” a week ago too but my prepaid mobile order was made. Why not today?
THIS IS THE WORST TACO BELL EVER. I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE AND THEY SAID THEY NEVER GOT IT BUT TWO, not one but TWO DRIVERS HAD TO CANCEL BECAUSE THEY “it wasn’t in their system” apparently. WHEN YOU CALL THEY DONT ANSWER. I’m so aggravated. Worst Taco Bell. Lazy just lazy.I have never hated ordering from somewhere so much as I have here. Imagine starving, thinking you food is coming just to have driver cancel on you not knowing why and than an hour and 30 minutes later you still wait because another person picked it up. Just to to find out they had to cancel too because Taco Bell didn’t want to make the order and their system doesn’t work apparently. I hate this fast food place. How is it still up. I have no idea.
By far the best Taco Bell! Excellent customer service, food very well presented and the place is super clean. I don't know who runs this place but keep up the good work and know you are appreciated
This is the THIRD TIME the same cashier has tried to short my cash change and then give me attitude when I point out I'm five dollars short.He worked at 8pm today.God knows how many people he's robbed who haven't noticed his theft.Will not return until he's gone.Years later they've stopped stealing but call this food.
One of the better taco bells locally. The staff is pretty nice. Food is normally fresh and orders are correct 99% of the time from this location. Only issue we have had with this location is uber eats orders.
