In Pompano running the roads for work. Only two cars in line. Still a bit slow, but understaffed like everyplace. I got good hot fresh, but no spicy available ( most folks don't like that, or the Cajun rice or red beans and rice, but they are my favorites.,) I go way back w Popeyes to living in NOLA for years. I like that spicy and sides. Lol
First off they had nothing available no chicken sandwich nothing but they close at 2am and it was about 10pm. I order the 3 piece spicy combo it wasn’t hot I like this location only during lunch hour after that just poor service and horrible lines plus rude customer service just to get room temperature food it was not good at all only recommended during lunch rush which is when they’re the freshest the 3 piece combo comes with a side of your choosing a drink and a biscuits
The staff of this place is just more than human I went for an online order food was ready but tea was brewing the wait was average but they went out of there way to make my day not even as a customer terrific I'd like everyone to treat them the way they treated me today all love you guys and thank you again you are more than awesome ?
The worse food ever in my entire life. I have no words to describe that chicken sandwich and fries. Two bite of that meat and I felt to vomit, same story with french fries. A question to the owner: don't you have any shame to serve that food in that way? Just disgusting... The oil used to fry meat and fries is, probably never changed in decades... SHAME on you
I went in for a shrimp tackle box special pushed on my phone. I was told "we don't have that." It was still displayed up on their menu board. Oh well. I was giving this store another shot after a previous visit. The last time the chicken tasted like old grease and the next day the crust turned white overnight in the refrigerator. NASTY.
I ordered from home, via the app, and it took almost 30min once I got there. The manager that came in midway my wait was nice, but not overly apologetic. Everytime I visit this location it's a fiasco. Either a long wait or something is missing/wrong in the order. I've completed their survey 3 times and ask to be contacted, yet to ever have anyone reach out. Just goes to show they don't care.
Tasty but portions are definitely smaller with prices higher. Par for the post-pandemic era. My 2-piece chicken had a leg that looked like a large chicken wing drummet. At least the bone was small too. Still perfectly cooked and crispy. And the biscuit was fantastic.
I have visited this location multiple times to try the $6 Shrimp tackle box that is advertised on a large poster in the window and every time I'm told it's not available. This feels like a trap just to get you into the restaurant. On this particular occasion after I ordered a different meal that's not the tackle box I went to sit down to find all the tables dirty (this is not even 30 minutes after they open) I will say that the lady who was at the counter and took my order was very friendly and provided a good experience.
Poor services and everyone not making sure orders done correctly nor in time. Management need to train and be trained. Work ethics. Orders took 20 minutes to be ready. Food was prepared without gloves people speaking different languages in front of customers.
GREAT STAFF!Nicko was not only friendly but SUPER helpful. I completely messed up my order and was fully expecting some annoyance from the staff. Nicko was more than understanding. He explained multiple menu options and promotions running at the time to ensure I got the most for my money. Thanks!
