Almost great. The staff is awesome. Just some mistakes along the way but fixed. The person in the kitchen. Saw us come in in the rain and walked outside with an umbrella to help us get in. Great person
Customer service was great. I always enjoy the chicken here because it's fresh and tender. I would enjoy this place more if it had more enjoyable sides. The waffle fries are just okay. The macaroni was disappointing as it was macaroni in some sort of liquidy cheese sauce. I think broccoli is a side as well, kind of random.
Stay away from this location. The food quality is terrible. Just look at this side I was given. It looked half eaten and missing ingredients. Complete waste of money. PDQ is a great restaurant. Just not this one.
We normally Love PDQ but this one was a disaster when we visited. The place was filthy. People working behind the counter seemed oblivious that almost every empty table in the restaurant was dirty, all tables were empty. It's the first time we've ever been to a PDQ where we were not comfortable enough to order food.Somebody in management needs to step in and help this store. I don't like giving reviews like this. We will visit this restaurant in about a month to see if anything has changed.
Wow I must say this location on federal near coral ridge .... Definatly turned my views around I came in to the store last week and was alittle disappointed as I waited a long time to get food however the staff tho was working so hard and I could tell the manager (tho on her phone alittle to much made me and a few customers alittle frustrated seeing how the other staff were busting there buts... She did end up helping out but making sure we all were served and apologized profesonaly... However this time I was hesitant but love the fresh chicken ? a manager didn't get his name made my whole day he definitely knows how to run a floor as I was once a manager for a fast food restaurant. He created a pleanesnt friendly atmosphere very welcoming and made sure to creat a welcoming vibe through out my experience. He was tall and was bald but had a smile and seemed to know his staff as they all worked like a well oiled machine ... I ate in the dining room and was pleased he came over to my table checked to see how things were...it is great to still see management so involved now adays , and offered to take my trash I noticed the dining room was much cleaner and I can see why it's cuz if him I'll be returning and sending my colleges here for future lunches.... Thank u "man with the beard "sorry I didn't get ur name I hope he recieves recognition for his service and the staff as well this was last week. I will be returning soon for some more great quality food.

I wish I got the girls names, the drive through cash register and the one who gave me my food! So pleasant and sweet, one wished me to drive safe and the other provided what was needed for my food on the go in such a sweet way.. thank you ladies, keep up the good work.
I've never had a bad meal here, so I was shocked at the sub par chicken we got this visit. Dry, old, hard chicken. My box had two tenders and a bunch of small pieces to fill the box. If you don't feel like cooking fresh chicken guys, then just say you're out.
The employees were friendly. The food was good. Having installed a new register system, they were struggling with the new technology. That’sall ok. HOWEVERThe person acting as “manager” needs training in customer service, hospitality, and general friendliness towards employees and customers. The constant scowl can really affect the entire restaurant.He stands in one spot. Barking out orders. Doesn’t move. Perhaps he was having a hard day with his employees. Maybe personally struggling … but it was evident something was off.When I approached the counter to ask for a refill of tea, instead of walking ten steps, smiling and helping, he looks at me, and yells “somebody get the counter”.One of the employees walks from the back of the restaurant. I ask for tea. He says “we probably don’t have any”. One of the nice employees refills my tea.Good place, but retrain this guy. Quickly.
The place was clean beyond words and the food was great it was cooked to perfection and the shakes were well done. Their fries will make you have a foodgasm. The employees were extremely courteous and professional.
