Visited this location a few days ago and I was very disappointed. I ordered a double fish meal fresh and when I got home my meal wasn't fresh at all not only was it not fresh but mh order was incorrect. I called the restaurant to see what could be done because gas prices are high to be going back and forwards as well as these food prices and was given an automated voice-mail thing in which I left a message and no one I mean no one has returned my call I won't be returning to this McDonald's location
Came in placed my breakfast order today and paid. Person who took my order walked away. I waited almost 10 minutes for an order of hot cakes and a Diet Coke. I heard person who took my order talking/arguing with someone else the whole time. 2 other employees in the kitchen separately arguing. Customers ignored. Finally she walked back over and saw I was still standing there. Lied that she had to go into the back to count money, but heard her over arguing by the drive through the whole time. Didn’t get the butter I asked for. Had to ask for that again even though it was on the order. Dining room recently remodeled but was better before. Ugly, sterile, seats are stools like you would have for kids in a preschool. Removed drink station, so to get a refill, had to go back to counter and wait and be ignored again. On top of this, much higher prices than other local McDonald’s in the area. McDonalds at powerline and cypress creek 4 miles away, burrito meal is $5.99. Here $7.29. Will never go back here - poor service and overpriced. Lousy atmosphere. Should be 0 stars.
it sucked. Waited in a very long line , got to the pay Window my order wasn't right. Got to the pickup window and was asked to pull into a parking space because they were waiting on my fish. I refused because all of the pull forward spaces were taken and I know it would have taken forever. I waited at the window eventual I got my order, the double quarter was a single and cold the fish was cold as well. If I had moved from driver through i would have had a longer wait and cold food.
Fries tasted amazing. Not like 3 day old oil like some McDonalds. Food was good in general. One of the better McDonald's for sure
First and foremost I rarely visit McDonald's..... Even though it was just one car in front it took me 10 minutes to reach the first window, then the clerk forgot I had two separate orders. Once, I drove back to the office I got my fish sandwich it wasn't hot, more like room temp. It had a fishy taste, and fishy smell, that tells me it's either 1/2 cooked, raw or not good at all.... Ended up throwing the Filet-O-Fish sandwich in the trash, since it made no sense to drive back for either another sandwich or a refund. Sad, because this location was just remodeled and there was noone in the restaurant at the time. I sure won't be visiting this location any more.
Do not be misled into believing it is 24 hours as the Maps says. Anytime after 10pm and you will get no service, the lights will be on but no one will attend you. If you're lucky you'll be told my an employee that they're closed. Ever since their remodel, service quality has gone down, avoid this location at night.
Brand new (refurb) location and no milk shakes. Could be supply issue but probably machine broke, but strawberry smoothie was good. Drive-thru was smooth and friendly cashier.
This place is been newly remodeled They should have replaced the staff Majority of the time they have the lights off Later in the evening The other day I stopped for breakfast Set as a drive-through about 5 to 8 minutes Got no response As I pulled around the building Employees on their cell phone Not helping Customers
Since they reopen their customer service really went down the drained. Literally sat at drive thru for 10 mins and not once no one acknowledged me or said hello after waiting 15mins and still no answer, I drove off. Worst customer service and this is the second time but, this will be the last time. I don't care if I stay 1min away I will drive to the powerline n Commercial location. The people they have serving food at the window nails is dirty. They most definitely loss all business with me.
Leave it to an unprofessional lack luster McDonald’s to be unable to perform the simplest of duties which is answering the intercom. If you’re working for a corporation than do your job; otherwise leave. This McDonald’s shows it can’t even handle answering an order. Don’t go to this location.
