Have been going here for quite a few years. I was concerned when ownership changed but went with an open mind. The preparation is different but the food is still very good. Some people just won't accept change. Gianna and Nicholas are friendly and do a great job. I look forward to going here every Friday.
I have eaten here for almost 18 years, this use to be my favorite sub shop. I would argue tooth and nail that these subs were better than Laspadas but now I have no leg to stand on.Since the ownership has changed it is horrible and I will never come back.Why would you cook the chicken till its crumbled and hard as a rock and serve it like that? Ive gone twice since ownership changed thinking it was a mistake but I was wrong. This is just how they are doing things now.I wish they would have kept it the way it was, why change something that works? What a shame.

Since the change in ownership, the quantity and quality on the cold subs has really declined. Been going there for over 20 years and it was always excellent. Not anymore. Don't understand why people buy a successful restaurant and IMMEDIATELY degrade the quality. Too bad. Have tried them twice now since the change, both times dissatisfied. Friends have said the same thing. We won't be back, I'm sure others will do the same. For the same price, I can go to LaSpadas or LouieKs.
