If I could give this a negative review I would. First off, the staff members have very bad attitudes. They show how much they hate their jobs. When you go to order food, you better only order for one person because if you order more than what they feel is necessary, they get a really bad attitude and show it big time. Next, their food is absolutely awful. The hash browns are more like burnt hash crumbs. Their bagels are always hard and old. Most of the time their donuts are out of stock or they only have certain types. Their donuts also taste very old. they also overcharge for their food and drinks. The employees that are there are very rude and disrespectful. This place used to be much better than what it is but it’s gone downhill tremendously. Do Better Dunkin’ Donuts!
EXTREMELY RUDE COSTUMER SERVICE AND FOR NO REASON! all I said was hi wasn’t sure it the lady heard me and she started screaming at me to go ahead with my order. Like honestly please just be nice to people! You don’t know what is happening in someone’s life to be that rude first thing in the morning.
I’ve been coming to this location for years. It used to be great, but the last few years it has steadily gone downhill. I did mobile ordering this morning and when I went in I could tell they were backed up. Everyone is short staffed and I know most places are trying their best. I waited in pretty good spirits but when people behind me were getting their coffee and I didn’t have mine, I asked…twice. I was told “everyone is waiting”. When I told the young man I had waited more than 30 minutes, he said “man I don’t care about that”. His attitude was beyond unacceptable. I left without my coffee.
Worst Dunkin in town! They were rude starting at the speaker to the window. Was never given a price for my order. When I asked how much my order cashier acted as if I was being ridiculous for asking...then I was given the wrong order. I asked for my receipt that they failed to give me, and again I was treated as if I should not ask or even want a receipt. Order was served as if I was some kinda stray dog or something.! So unprofessional! I will never order anything from this Dunkin again!
Placed an order through the app. When I arrived door was locked. There’s 5 employees inside looking at me plus 4 other customers and didn’t even acknowledge us. Why say opened at 6am when you have customers waiting. Not the smart way to do business. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Happened 5/3/2022
They didn’t take my order right. Also took an hour to give me my one drink and also took another hour to print a receipt. These should without a doubt be punished by closing this unsuccessful business. Also Danny the worker gave me half my drink. These type of workers should not be in this country running a business this my nation and I care about my citizens. WE DESERVE BETTER. I am Christopher and I approved this message.
Went in to order. Workers were busy chatting joking with each other. It took a while before placing the order then finally another 10-15 minutes to a simple order ( tea and croissant). In the end order was not correct. Place is dirty, staff doesn't care about customers, even low for fast food place standards
I ordered my food on the app. The instructions were to walk in. I was unable to walk in because they did not open the door. They also did not have any instructions listed on the door. The drive through line was long. I had to leave. Someone waited for 30 more minutes to pick up my food inside and they never opened the door. My money and time was wasted. They also never answered the phone. i wish I could give it ZERO stars.
Hands down The absolute worst dunkin in town, all workers seem angry and unhappy except for one or two, your coffee is never made correctly no matter how often you describe what you want. Very poorly run, I wish thr owner knew if he were ever there, even worse if he does know. Keep driving to any other dunkin.
