Hey, this location is great. Just ordered two pizzas online and they got here fast and hot. I ordered online and was hoping it wouldn't take a long time. The order was here within 30-40 minutes and the online order tracker was super accurate. Nice.
Even pizza snobs love this place!!!! Everything fresh and tasty, and the staff is wonderful! They beat any chain around here! Go Domino's!
Best Domino's Pizza in my area, not even in their delivery area but so worth the pick up. Great staff.Highly recommend
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I ordered 3 pizzas for pickup at 9:56pm and showed up to the store at 10:45 to pick them up. According to the staff, the pizza wasn’t ready and it takes two hours for carry out and 3 for delivery. This is insane. This dominos is trash. What is the point of even ordering carry out then??
It has 2 stars because they are on point with the food. However, the customer service is trash. The only person who acknowledged me is the young black man who was making pizza. He actually seemed like the only person who was working in the entire establishment. The manager, (fat white woman) if she was even a manager, was talking with her back turned to the counter. Neither her or the other co-workers she was too busy talking to acknowledged me. They only acknowledged me when the young man tried to get their attention.
These people really work hard at Oakland Park FL.But the one in Atlantic ave in pompano BEACH are playing with peoples carry out orders after 7pm they will cancel or not longer take carryout whe the website says they close at 12am. They will only take delivery orders and most time stops working by 8pm and stay cleaning in the store". Please go see for yourself after 7:30pm.
I placed an order online, paid for it, waited until the time window they said to pick it up, showed up at the store and they were closed. They took my money and I never got my order. I'm 7 months pregnant and have been craving domino's. I was highly disappointed. I wound up placing the same order at a different location and picking it up, but never got my money back for the order I didn't get. I contacted customer service and never heard back. Not happy at all.
If I could rank this location 0 stars, it’d be there. But I can’t. So we settle for 1. Me and my good friend have eaten nothing all day. We ordered pizza at 1:40, and it was expected to deliver around 2. Yet here we sit, an hour after we ordered, with no pizza in sight. This is an ATROCITY. We have sat for hours with no food, and have expected a speedy delivery, and have gotten nothing in return. I DEMAND this pizza to arrive in the next 10 minutes or I promise you will all feel my wrath. No tips.
The experience was awesome. The owner was wonderful with helping me ordering and his son Nick was amazing because he walked me through ordering my pizzas for my family. Kudos to Dominos 400 east Oakland Park. Keep up the great work.
We’ve never had An issue, the service is quick and efficient and you clearly can see its run well. Also, very clean store. And it doesn’t matter if it’s busy or slow. They’ve got it goin on!!
