I never got a terrible experience like today! I come to this place couple times a month, but today was an older lady who ask me what I want with a rude attitude I thought they changed owners,.because usually are couple guys the I know them since the beginning and the always with great attitude and service . I asked another young lady if the changeOwners for my surprise she told me the lady who take of me was the owner.I don't think any owner should treat a customer like that! Very disappointing.
I ordered double chicken which was not in there and food was terrible! Cucumbers were old. Do not order this food!!

Chicken is always tasty, service is always fast and friendly. It’s a good fast alternative to fried foods and other less nutritional options!
I eat at this place all the time. Quality is always changing but lately its been bad. Super basic food items and should not be rocket science to make the same dishes over and over. Its 2022 we should be able handle counting to 5 and creating the same dishes over and over. Its literally their jobs ?. Its just rice and chicken. Lately I've been getting less and less the more extras I add. For a nearly $20 meal with out a drink you'd think they would at least fill up the bowl with rice. Hardly ever get the extras I pay for. And they short me on sauces 8 out of 10 times. Suace is what gives it taste lol. Half the time the sauce cups are not filled more than half way or the garlic cilantro is thinned out and watery. The bowl I order already comes with cheese and sour cream. I definitely don't see any extra on this. No parmesan that costs and additional $0.99 was added. Missing 2 sauces that are supposed to come with the bowl by default. Heck I see the sides of this "Large" bowl bowl because its not filled. Ill give this place a break and try something else for now until I feel like being shorted again. Buy at your own risk.
I've been to a lot chicken kitchen because I love the price and meals but this place is hands down the BEST. They have amazing sauce options if your a source boss like me. They have the normal ones and special ones I've only seen at this location. And maybe I'm just being crazy even the chicken taste better. I will definitely coming here all the time.
Never disappointed. Owner and staff are very nice. Place is always clean. Prices are affordable. Food is always fresh and delicious.
I forget how disgusting the food at this place is. I'm talking years of it too. It's been 5 years since I went to this Chicken Kitchen and tonight, I was weak, and ordered some on Uber Eats. Everything was sloppy and runny, the plantains were raw and tasteless, the chicken was rubbery...so gross, the lettuce was wimpy, the tomatoes were mashy,. My fault...but never again.
My two coworkers love this place, so I finally went with them to try it.I got the bazooka chop chop bowlI got the yellow riceIt also comes with chicken/beans/lettuce/tomato(I said no tomato)/sour cream/cheese... I think that is it OH and guacamole. And a little slice of thin bread which was good! Then I chose the garlic cilantro sauce.You know I always have to be honest..... without that garlic cilantro sauce... the bowl would have been just ok....with the sauce it is good, but it general it's just a normal bowl.. nothing amazing about it.I am glad my coworkers love it haha so you will have to try it for yourself to see if you love it or not :) for me it's just ok
