Lately they haven't had some menu items, which is a bit disappointing. Fries that tasted like funnel cakes and Visa versa...need to change frier oil more often I guess. But love there burgers ...loaded fries....and shakes...ehum when available.
Everything was going well. I placed my order with ease. The lady at the window was nice. However I order chicken bites and fries and was given 1 condiment. When I asked for more I was told I would have to pay for additional condiments or sauce something that should have been given to go with my food I ordered. This needs to change and is very ridiculous. A customer shouldn't have to pay for food and condiments that should come with it.
Lights are out in the drive thru making it very hard to see. The customer service was unprofessional the first time and slightly better the second. Everyone should be welcomed and greeted properly. No guest should feel like a bother especially when they are coming to spend money at your establishment.
I ordered a fry lovers double medium and was charged $14.95. I did not receive a receipt. The advertised price was $6.99 in the menu board. AND did not specify what size order it was. Small, medium, or large. I am walking home in a dangerous area in Oakland Park Florida. ENOUGH.
Was relieved to find this place open late when virtually every other drive through in the area closes long before their posted hours. Drive through was fast, however they accidentally charged me for another customer’s order. Employees were apologetic and quick to refund my card. Food wasn’t hot but my expectations weren’t high at 2AM.
I like checkers. But they're saying they have none of the items in the value menu. No 2 for 4, no 2 for six. No chicken bites. Takes it off the menu if you refuse to serve customers! Not a value any longer. Wasted my time. I will not return.
The selection is mediocre at best and a little bit pricey! Once ordered a baconzilla and got no bacon! Tried to use a coupon but 3 employees could not figure out how to enter it into the register! It's in a very dangerous area day or night, so if you go use the drive thru, don't get out of your car! No lies!
Didn't like the food and service was poor. Appeared a manager walked past the window a few times and couldn't care less about helping a server that appeared swamped. One lost customer! ... and however many I can talk with.Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately this was not the first strike for this store. Thankfully there is a Taco Bell across the street.
If I could give zero stars I would in a heartbeat. This isn't my first time getting food at this location at night and every time it's the same awful experience. There is this one particular employee with short hair that is always rude, impatient and unmannerly. At the window, she is very unpleasant. It's like I'm not even welcome to order there. I don't even feel comfortable eating the food seriously I don't know how she still has a job there. Checkers do better.
Every single person that works at this location seems to be absolutely miserable!! So rude at the speaker before I can even get a chance to place my order. Almost make you not want to come back. Such a shame because the fries and shakes are delicious.
