Generous portions but this place is lackluster. Server seemed to have an impatient attitude but that didn't bother me. The food though...that bothered me. I love Haitian food but this suffers from whatever it is typical South Florida cuisine suffers from: no flavor, no seasoning. I like that they had a lot of variety and heaping portions but I wasn't left satisfied.
You need patience, because they will sat you down to a table then forget about you. Had to wait 45 mns just to place an order and to have appetizer come to the table. After waiting that long, i had to get up and ask what was going on because no one came to talk to us. No water or drinks was offered while we were waiting. Service is TERRIBLE but the food tastes really good. 1 star because of the wait, no communication and the service. We had to eat appetizer on a napkin because of no plates being served. We asked and they never brought it . Once again Service is just horrible.

My family and I went there for dinner. There was only two other people there so they were not busy. The waitress sat us down immediately and never returned. Not even to take our drink order. After sitting there for about 30 minutes my wife got up and asked if someone could at least bring us some waters. They did. No one returned after that so we got up and left. We waited an hour and did not get to even place an order. We only order take out now because they handle that well and the food tastes amazing!Horrible service.Great food.
Great value for the price, and the food tastes pretty good. Delivery was fast
The food is top-notch. Love the art. Please take care of your customers when they dine inside to make them feel as good as the food does. We planned a lunch with a 2 hour time limit. We didn't start eating until 30 mins before we had to leave. No one should have to wait over an hour after ordering to eat.
The food is very good but the previous reviews do not lie. The customer service is not good. I only been here twice. I live out of state and was visiting my family. We came on a Sunday. The wait to get our food was very long. The waitress wasn’t friendly. We didn’t get our water or salad that comes with the meals.
Food was amazing . Place was clean . The only problem was the lack of customer service.i wasn’t acknowledged . Waited 30 minutes to be seated . the server was rube . No one ever came back to the Table to check to if we needed anything . Nor to collect the payment i had to get her attention after a hour . I could have just walk out with out paying . But I didn’t the sad part about this, the Establishment wasn’t even busy . The majority of the staff needs to be trained or replaced .to the kitchen staff and the bartender keep it up . But you servers ??
This place is amazing! You can't go wrong with an amazing Caribbean vibe. ??I will certainly visit again.Until next time.
Servers need to be culturally sensitive to their customers entering establishment.I came because the place came highly recommended. I guess they didn't know the teenagers were working on Saturday.I'll try back for a better experience.
