This was my first visit to this location. The staff was friendly but the manager was absent and it was extremely difficult to get help with the missing sandwich from my order. Me and another party stood at the counter for probably 10 minutes before being helped. It was unclear who was on break or on shift because two staff members kept walking in and out. These kids need good leadership.
Manager and other employees sitting there doing nothing or moving so slow. You got one employee working hard and doing everything in the dining room plus drive thru and she make sure your food is fresh. If you come eat here and see a cashier name Sam with glasses and red hair, show her some appreciation she works too hard. If your order is right its probably because her. Thank you.
I like the Chili but for the first time I didn't like the way they cook the chili in this store. Please stick to the original recipe, this is not the same Chili that Wendy's serve in other stores
Three employees on drive thru including the manager doing nothing but standing around waiting for orders while only one poor employee running around trying to help 4 customers in the dine in area. Manager did nothing but look at me when I asked him for service. A OID this Wendy's if you want any kind of good service. Lost me and my peeps as customers, I hate McDonald's but will get much better service there.
Love this location. Food is fresh evertime. The fries are the best and hot every single time. Well seasoned. Keep up the great work. Short staff may be everywhere but you're team is great. Thank uou
I've had multiple bad experiences at this Wendy's. A few months ago, they suddenly told me I had to pay cash when I was at the window (after I ordered and pulled up to pay). Then, they took my cash and expected me to drive off without any change. When I asked for my change they said they did not have any to give and remained silent...I told them at the VERY least they should have let me know they didn't have change... The young man seemed perplexed that I was even saying anything and didn't offer any resolution. I didn't have time to argue so I left.Last Sunday morning I placed an order on the Wendy's app. They confirmed. I went to pick up. No one answered on the speaker, so I drove forward and waited about five minutes. I honked. Nothing. No sign of closure. No employees. A car pulled up after me, waited some time and drove off too.
Ordered the $5 meal that came w/ chicken nuggets, a drink & burger. Ordered a junior bacon w/ onion. There was no soda so I ordered a strawberry lemonade which was fine. Before ordering I literally sat at the intercom for almost 5 minutes before anyone helped me, which It would have been longer than 5 minutes had I not said anything…anyways at the window, while it’s all the open. Workers are pretty much just chillin. I take my food and go home. Got home and the fries, nuggets & the WRONG burger were cold. They gave me a plain burger w/ cheese & ketchup. When I called to complain, the phone number goes straight to voicemail w/ a full mailbox. Completely terrible experience

I ordered my food then she said something I didn’t understand underneath her breathe then I pulled up to the window and she says their no barbecue sauce ?? then I say give me any other sauce and gives me barbecue saying oh look at that we have one then to finish it off I opened the bag and one is bitten off from. The food was hot but very weird experience.

Two employees running a store at 1145 am. Only superwoman could do this but unfortunately she wasn't available. Food was cold...all of it so I got out of the car and asked for fresh food. It wasn't available. I'm not sure what's wrong here but this store needs some corporate or franchise loving.
