Yesterday was my first time coming here. I wanted to try something new, and I decided to try the "create your own bowl" and an empanada. The bowl was delicious, and the empanada was good. Everything is presented freshly before you. This place also has the option of ordering on a kiosk, online, and at the front register. The kiosk was updated and displayed all the menu items as it mentioned which ones were out of stock. I would love to come back here, and I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a delicious healthy meal.
Yum ! Always fresh and delicious. Staff is quick and friendly. It’s a total plus that they have lots of vegan options and endless possibilities of food combos
I have to say I received Great Customer service today by Jairo. THANK YOU!!!I came in earlier today with my daughters and they picked their ingredients for their wraps. The problem was that one of them accidentally chose tuna(she's allergic to seafood) along with chicken. I drove 20 minutes back,to bring back the wrap and have them "fix their mistake". But when I looked at the order I realized it was our mistake. Anyways, Jairo still went out of his way and made another wrap with only chicken as the protein. I appreciate his Great customer service and will definitely keep coming back.
Consistently opens late. You could be at the entrance and employees don’t care. According to reviews seems they have a lot of staffing issues to solve.
Food was very good. Service was an absolute disaster. Do not use the kiosks up front as they will fulfill those orders last and they will get the order wrong. Just order at the counter and observe them make it. Unfortunately I used the kiosk simply to watch those who came after me get their orders first. Also paid more for extra dressings and guacamole and avocado on three orders. No extra dressing and avocado/guacamole missing on other two. So paid an extra 5 bucks for nothing.
The best smoothies and healthy food in North Miami. So many options to create your own meal. Highly recommend!!
Service was very slow and we waited 7 minutes to order with one person in line. Food was okay and overpriced. Not worth a second visit.
Customer service is terrible, there was a female worker I think someone called her Nichol? Skinny, long hair. She was so SLOW and rude. Like if you don’t want to be there, then quit - or work in the back. It was also visible she was being rude and condescending to other workers. she threw off this whole vibe and honestly should get fired. Wouldn’t come back if she’s working there.
Very disappointed. I would NOT recommend this place. Broad menu, nice vibe/ ambience (hence the 1 star) but, the Manager Carlos is completely incompetent. Not only did I have to repeatedly tell him what I wanted (maybe it was a language barrier) but as soon as I placed my order he said it’ll take 5 mins for my avocado toast and goes to a random couple and gives them my smoothie I ordered. He seemed not very present and after TWENTY mins of waiting I couldn’t take it anymore, I requested a refund and I no longer wanted the avocado toast I was promised in 5 mins. While getting my refund he came out with it and he said I was being disrespectful because I was upset it took so long (ONE little toast took 20 mins!!) they weren’t busy, my order was placed when only one other person was in the restaurant. I told him he’s disrespectful of my time and to get out of my face because I honestly couldn’t believe his audacity to come out and play the victim. No one there could tell me when the owner Javier would be in to express this distasteful experience. With customer service like this, your money is best spent elsewhere! What a disgrace!
Perfect location right next to the gym. I love getting my bowls of food there, they have great options of healthy things to pick, which is unusual to find. Their smoothies are delicious as well, doesn’t taste fake.If you want my suggestion go for the Berry bomb
