Amazing location with social distant seating and awesome food and customer service experience. You will love the sauce that comes with the Mussel dish. Amazing ? ? ?
Normally, the food is excellent. This time, it wasn't the best that I've had. The shrimp Alfredo was very soupy. Restaurant had a bad smell in it as if rain water had dried up in it. Wasn't pleasant at all.
Ion know but I think the cook had a heavy hand cause my pasta was drowning in sauce but it was good tho.
Granted it’s 4th of July, still the service is horrible. One young man at the front, greeting/sitting people down. I’m one person, he told me to wait. Ok, 5 minutes passed, finally he came to bring me to a table. After that, NO ONE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED me, offering me something to drink or at least saying I will be right with you. Put my timer on, 15 minutes passed, STILL NO ONE TO TAKE MY ORDER!!!! ????…I take my stuff and walk out, I tell the young man at the front that this is very unprofessional and not nice, waiting so long to be served…he didn’t even care. Thank you Red Lobster!!! Continue going like that to see how that location will go down. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR MANNERS
The service was amazingly attentive and fast. Food was good - no complaints from the teens and mom's fish was cooked very well. Thanks for a nice start to summer vacation!
First time hearing forever and now I remember why. The waitress was very sweet no complaints there but the lunch special took forever and the quality of the food we received after an excessive wait wasn't even close to worth it.
Went there on June 6 2022 had a good time for dinner. Our waitress was exceptional and awesome, food was delicious and we all especially Moms had a wonderful blessed day.
The new stuffed racoon shrimp was excellent along with the lobster dip. Our meal was good too buutttttttt the reason why I gave it a 1 star is because I order my dessert to go and when i got home preparing to watch a movie and indulge in my vanilla bean cheesecake to find that......... please see picture attached......... I can show you better than I can tell you. Look closely whoever it was that cut my slice purposely stuck there fist into my cheesecake. Look closely to see the knuckles print. I'm so disgusted how could a waitress do something like this. I can see if I was rude and giving a hard time which we didn't. If anything my waitress was amazing. She wS kind and friendly. We even left a hefty tip. For the life of me I really want to know why. I spent damn near $8-$9 for this small piece of cheesecake. Red Lobster in Miami Fl on 131 and Biscayne Blvd will no longer have me nor my family members/ friends as a customer....
