Drive thru . So long .Drive thru employee taking orders hiding inside . Instead of taking orders . Then when you park to go inside to order they state dining room closed . No sign posted on door. Horrible service. Most horrible young lady I ever encountered . I will never ever visit this location. .Just due to her .
Far too many bad experiences at this location. The staff is incoherent, they always get the order wrong and give you attitude about it, they never have cilantro sauce, their online ordering? Forget about it. Drive thru is always packed due to the outrageously slow momentum of the staff. Needs a whole new department make over. I’d love to call corporate and give my thoughts. Hire better people. Curbside pickup? For what? They will never come out to give you your food, good luck.
I visited this location a couple days ago.and they only had the drive through open as only option. I got cough up or stock on this option with a lot of cars I front of me and behind me as well so I couldn't scape the long wait.almost one hour.unbealibable it suppose to be fast food.but fast is not real..it its extremely slow..ridiculously slow....
Avoid this Pollo Tropical like the plague. The attendants don’t even listen to what you order and literally put down whatever they feel. I had to adjust my order at the window, because it was completely wrong. Also, get ready to sit half an hour in the drive thru. ??
When you are in a long line at 12pm, the food must be good. They had someone outside taking the orders to help speed up the line, could only imagine how long it would have taken if he wasn't there. Good food though and great customer service.
I keep paying for something and getting something different. Tonight, I ordered the pollo and pork family meal. I came home and when I opened the bag there was a whole chicken burned and super dry, no pork. I should’ve checked before driving off but after spending 1 hour in line at the drive through and being met by an unpleasant attendant, I just wanted to get out of there. I don’t know why I keep expecting better from this location. Service is terrible - whether you order inside, via drive through, or with the app. They keep getting orders wrong - tonight I paid extra and didn’t get what I ordered, and this is not the first time. So I give up! I’m better off running to Publix and getting a rotisserie chicken, and making rice and beans at home. It would certainly take less time than the 1 hour I spent tonight in the drive through line…
Stopped by PT on 118th, for quick Veterans day lunch. The process to access the Veteran's discount code from our phones turned into a nightmare. But never fear, Enrique, the manager's here !!! What a great guy & manager, (cute too). He told us not to worry about code & go ahead & order, including soda, on the house. Made our day !! Thank you Enrique for supporting Women Veterans !!!
Drive thru wait times are ridiculous, I had 3 cars in front of me and waited more than 20 minutes to get my order and this is not the first time. This is the closest location and I visit frequently. Many times have made the line to order just to be told they have no chicken or no dark meat. Service could be better as it is in other locations.
I purchased a chicken tropi chop in drive thru. Once I reached home I discovered it was a steak tropi chop hidden under all the onions, peppers etc.... I immediately tried calling several times... NO ANSWER. Here it is 3 days later and I still haven't heard anything from anyone. I will never purchase purchase from this location again.
Ordered two tropic chops one came with no chicken.No sauce included either.Went for pick up and had to wait over 20 minutes and asking about my order four times.Could not have had worst service.Do not recommend this location:
