Last night I called Pizza Hut to place an order. First of all, I must say that the gentleman who took my order was very courteous and professional. He even got me to add extra cheese to my original order. I was was told that my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the place almost 20 minutes later. As I got there, even there were some employees in the dining area. Even though they saw me, nobody cared to ask me what I wanted. I rand the bell, a guy came up to the window and I asked me what I wanted. I told them that I had already placed my order and that I was there to pick it up. After a few seconds he came back and told me that my order was not ready and it would take another 20 minutes and left. I had to ring the bell again for somebody else to come and talk to me. That’s when I found out that was just being placed . I demanded to see the manager, but nobody cared about my request. I got in my car and left. I called Pizza Hut again to complain about what had just happened. According to the person speaking with me, the people were on break. Anyway, I don’t understand how could a place like Pizza Hut Have such poor service. I loved buying my pizza at pizza Hut, but after last night, this is is the last place that I will ever buy or recommend people to buy from. In all honesty, that place needs to be shut down until they find people who put customers first
Bad pizza place ever I order something at 7:00pm it take 4 hours for them to deliver it ??
I ordered one cheese stuff crust pizza, half and half meats for a delivery cause we didn't have a car!!Instead, We got a Buffalo sauce Regular crust pizza with 2 orders of wings which obviously was someone else order!when I called the store, and the Lady said you have to bring me the pizza so I can believe you because a lot of people they lie to get a second Pizza for free and you might be a liar too!I told her if you can deliver the right order, I would hand the wrong one to them cause my kids don't eat Buffalo it's spicy for them! She said we never make spicy pizza and that assures me you are a liar lol!!You guys have a real issue, God help you!!
Ordered pizza at 7:55pm. It’s 9:57pm and still waiting. Not the first time this happens. They don’t answer the phone. Terrible, terrible service!
This place is the worst of the worst, I get scream at yelled at by a Latina hood rat with none to zero education that Pizza Hut hired as a leader. The food was left over the chicken was so hard that no one can bite in it. I come to the store with the food hoping that she will redo the order or maybe refunded me the money. She came out screaming and yelling her ghetto self at me she took the food locked the door and telling me she won’t redo the order nor refunded me my money and walked off. Imagine making 2 orders of the same thing just because they fell to deliver the first order which I made at 11 am and it was passed 1pm and still wasn’t there. To my mistake I thought the order didn’t go thru so I made a carry out order and I drive to get it in 30mns. What upsets me is the fact that I have been a faithful Cust for over 4 yrs of the same location. Not only I didn’t get any food in return I didn’t get my money back and the delivery order wasn’t canceled. I called Cust service and file a complaint, I am waiting to be contacted by upper management.I am so disappointed by pizzahut corporation for failing to train or educate the leader of this particular location. You can’t hire that Latina hood rat as leader. Imagine the mental stress and abuse the employees that fall under her leadership have to deal with. If Pizza Hut cannot find a quality person to run this place may they close it. As for me if my situation is not resolve further legal action will be taken.
The pizza was great. It was warm and the veggies were fresh.the lady in the window was sweet. They get one less star bc two of their staff where arguing and screaming in the parkinglot. It was heated and i didnt know wether to call the cops or go. ...I left.
First of all it was the worst pizza my family ever had from pizza Hut. The pizza was so disappointing that we only ate 2 slices from each pie. The pizza was loaded with cheese in which we did not ask for extra cheese. Waste of money.
Horrible ! Ordered 1 hour and 45 minutes ago and my pizza is STILL not ready, once it was “ready” they handed me the wrong order with the wrong name attached to the receipt now I have to wait even longer for my order to be done correctly this is my last time ordering at this unprofessionally unorganized Pizza Hut ?
on the app, I could not find how to order half of a speciality (supreme) , cheese on border rather than that, everything was PERFECT
Great service from this Pizza Hut. Always come here for pick as the only location their app allows delivery from consistently messes up my orders. This place is so much better.
