Sandwich burnt to crisp, like How? I’m a former manager at the franchise and this is intolerable.
Went tonight a total disappointment, we ordered online and we we get to the window they say there's no ice cream, it was the reason we went when we asked how to cancel the order, all of a sudden they said they did, looks to me like they are into the habit of denying service because they don't feel like working. The McFlurry was given to us with the the Oreo cookies un the top, we ordered 3 and they just handed them... no tray, the McFlurrie with cookie crumbs fell all over the seat. The attendant just looked no offer to fix it.
The staff's service attitude is so bad that they don't take any requests from the customers. Driver-thu takes at least 30 minutes to get the food after ordering it. When you order a meal at Driver-Thu and you're ready to pay for it, be careful that he/she does not steal your money.
I ordered a huge breakfast and halfway through I asked for a sweet tea refill and I was told I could not get refills with sweet tea. The fat manager told me that I would have to purchase another one at full price. I was stunned and just walked out. I will never return!
They pick and choose when they want to serve you at the drive thru or when they decide to close dine-in its 6:40 pm on a Friday.
Awful, I asked for a whopper deluxe, they gave me a grilled chicken. What??? No paying attention to the work they are doing. I noticed the issue when I pull everything out of the bag, at home. My sandwich was at the bottom. How could I know. I guess, from now on I will have to open everything I buy there before I head out. Can't trust them anymore.
Really guys? Was it so hard to put an order together that has the matching number and time on the ticket? I ordered mobile. The supervisor on shift should be double checking mobiles. I received a meal put together by three separate orders… All that were probably sitting there. Different times. They were so lazy they left the tickets on the burgers, so they didn’t even try to cover the mistake.I recieved a MIXTURE of two drive thru orders placed at 00:38am (order 1211 DT #11 December 18th), one placed at 19:27pm ( order 1664 KS # 16 , December 17th), and one placed at 00:04 am ( order 1698 KS # 16, December 18th).I know reviews can be annoying. Especially ones that are over little things (I work fast food myself) but this type of mistake is just pure disregard to food and safety along with just our right being nasty and immoral. You don’t just bash together random burgers and pass it out.Very disappointed, hope a district can see this. Photos provided as proof to the bafoonary. Mind you, again, this was a MOBILE Uber order picked up via DT. Not an order placed inside or through the drive thru itself. So purely staff.
They are great overall. The only thing I don't understand is why isn't this place remodel. It desperately needs it like all the rest. Other than that I recommend it if you want good take out. REMODEL NEEDED BAD!!!!
My experience at this particular McDonald's was horrible!!! Where do I start... First of all I had to wait in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes before getting to the speaker which I was okay with that because I was hungry. I ordered a big breakfast when I went to pay I noticed he gave me a totally different price for what the price says on the menu!! I spoke to the manager to explain to him that the price was different than what it was said on the menu. And that it needs to be checked out!! he was very very rude loud and had no customer service skills at all this is very unacceptable the manager was so rude they clearly don't want to do their job. I still paid for the food because I was hungry and it wasn't about me not wanted to pay but having a correction of what the price said on the menu. I then asked the worker for a coffee straw and grape jelly. The worker told me that it was in the bag already I looked in the bag and I told her that it was not in the bag.. then she tells me they do not have any. The service is horrible I would never ever go to this McDonald's anymore!! It is very unacceptable how the workers and the manager speaks to the customers!!
Not my favorite MICKEY D's but its alright. Could be better. I respect the staff here but sometimes the food isn't what I expect. I like my food cooked really good. Eitherway try for yourself.
