Worst McDonalds ever. They refused to give me a receipt. Out of all the machines in there and 5 employees no one could figure it out. They refused to refund me saying their machines can’t refund. So had to dispute with credit card company. I just live how nothing works at McDonald’s including the employees.
Came in to the drive thru and no one answer, and there was a person inside. And then they complainant why they don't get pay enough. If you do not like your job, find something else!!!
I've been going to this place for over 10 years and today I ordered and they forgot my fries. I let them know and the employee told the manager, the manager gave an attitude walked away. At least I got myfries though, but then I noticed they forgot my Sprite and my cup of ice. I realized it after I drove away. I didn't even get a receipt. If you don't like your job get another one SERIOUSLY!
If you're coming through after 2am expect to be outright ignored half the time despite seeing employees moving around inside. Also 50/50 on food being either just barely okay or straight up bad, dried out, and sloppily put together.
My cashier Lauren was very nice and welcoming. She went out of her way to assure she got my order correct. The food was hot and fresh! Thanks!
Don't know what's going on with this McDonald's but the customer service is truly no good. Is it me or the employees there? They always seem angry. Maybe it is cultural
They need to serve fresh cookies, not cookies out the container and warming it up in the microwaveUpdate: December 24, 2021They have roaches! I took a pictures, just click and zoom in. The roach is on the bag. I told the supervisor and she looked at me then went to help a customer with an order. I then got her attention again and told her she needs to get the roach but she looked at me crazy. I want my money back! I will be contacting corporate!! I will not be returning here again!
Sat in the drive through for over 30 minutes with 6 cars in front of me. slowest service ever only one lane opened and one window opened.And as usual they messed up my order and now I have to wait longer.
Food came out quick and hot despite the super long drive through (I was a walk in). The place was clean and staff polite. The kiosk was quick and easy to use.
The inside was pretty quiet and clean. Not my favorite place to eat and the only complaint I have is that they had only one self service ordering kiosk open so there was a small line. On a positive note, the employees were very nice and helpful.
