i actually love this place never had a problem i don’t know what the other people are talking about but this place is perfect , the customer service is amazing and everyone there is very friendly and they take care of you with respect and gentleness !! Great location!!
Got home and just had to write this review first off , The customer service here is amazing and from what I could see everyone was on task in the back no slack going on in view, I was told 15 minutes for my pizza upon ordering it in person came back in 10 and it was done. My PIZZA I felt as though it was actually made with care and not just rushed garbage. Cheese was good, just the perfect amount of Tomato sauce, Pepperoni was Superb had a good bit of spice to it so Overall To anyone who reads this review I would absolutely recommend this domino’s pizza.
Amazing customer service wonderful staff really made the party with the pizza and thank you to the worker who took on that big order that we had overall best domino’s pizza ? I have ever been too.
Employees are ghetto .They sold me something that tasted like chemicals and refused a refund because i tasted it. Full item untouched other than the one bite. The current manager should be retrained in customer service the service here is deplorableWill contact attorney about chemical taste in food.
Today April 2 I went to Domino’s place in order when I received my order it was wrong.One thing I have to say . People stop going to this Domino’s and ordering your food, The store is nasty so is the employees. The food is just as nasty as their hygiene and attitude.
They did not make my order accurately.. I checked my complete order in front of the girl that brought my order to the car… 2 of my pizzas were wrongly made, she took them back into the store.. also, I was missing my extra (PAID FOR) sauces… I had to get out of my car (from a carside delivery) because they took forever to make my order correctly! I went into the store to get my pizzas, & when I asked them for my sauces an employee told me I was lying that she put the sauces with the cinnamon breads when I didnt even order that… They handed me very rudely gave me my 2 pizzas, which one of them was incorrect AGAIN, but MY FOOD WAS GETTING COLD IN THE CAR, So I was not going to argue again with any employee, I will not be ordering here ever again & this review is going everywhere I can possibly put it up! Terrible TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
The best Domino's pizzas in Miami, really. It cannot compare to any other of the Domino's stores that we have ordered from. Five stars to them, excellent quality and very good service. Thanks!
It took 20 minutes to get 2 burned philly cheese steaks on a burnt rubbery bun.I guess this is what happens when you only have a bunch of kids working there.They need to fire everyone working there and shut this location down.
Worst Pizza place in Miami! Placed an order for delivery and the driver literally shows up at my door empty handed to tell me he does not have it. An hour later I get my order cold. Called the store at least a dozen times, no answer. Tracked down the manager cell, no answer. Place a complaint and get a complementary coupon for a free pizza. Used the coupon on another order for 2 "specialty" pizzas, got 2 plain pepperoni pizza's instead.
I got the delivery and they were very nice and helpful. They got the address wrong but not by far and it was an understandable mistake. Also very patient with deciding my order and asked me how I'm doing which I always appreciate ?Also the wings were amazing
