Ordered some food for Mother's Day breakfast. I ordered the Premium Chicken Tenders Dinner with seasoned fries and sweet petite corn. I was supposed to have Nashville Hot Sauce and Garlic Bread as well, but they didn't put any in my bags. Lumberjack Slam® Pack for my family, which included Scrambled Eggs With Cheese, Pancakes, Bacon, Sausage, Ham, Hash Browns, and White Bread for 4. The pancakes were a bit too large and slightly too soft, not really fluffy. I was missing the vanilla sauce and blueberry compote that was listed in my order too. I also ordered Mozzarella Cheese Sticks which were good. Overall my to-go order was well packaged, except they put the corn in the packagie with the chicken tenders and fries which made them slightly soggy. They didn't give me utensils, but it seems you have to ask for them. Overall, I was satisfied with my order and Denny's usually makes the food pretty well.
To get breakfast it took about 45 minutes plus, when I asked the manager why it's taking forever, her response was, probably because servers are putting their orders in front of mine. Apparently they are under staffed so I mentioned you guys might want to hire more people, her response, well we need more clients to do that, so I told her she needs to take care of the current clients otherwise they might write a bad review. So here it is. I ended up walking out and going to IHOP.
Nice employees. I have to be honest i was in a hurry, so didn't spend much time there . Server was kind . Understood i was in a hurry. And got me taken cared of swiftly. So yea good experience no complaints
I gave it four stars because the server and service was good. For the most part the food was good except for the grits. How do you have runny grits early on a Saturday morning? I mean really? I'll probably give them another shot because you never know... runny grits a second time and that's it.
DENNYS + DOORDASH = NIGHTMARE!!My order was delivered by Dennys website with Doordash service and I never actually received my food! Very hungry and angry! I was robbed and no one answers the phone showed in my order to solve it! TRASH SERVICE!!!
Staff is very friendly and service is very good. Every time I visit seat time is within minutes. Lobby and eating areas kept clean and comfortable and organized. Have not been disappointed.
I did an online order and I asked for gluten free English muffin, they didn't put it on my bag so I went after having my food to the location to pick it up, and also after trying to ask by phone (no answer). They just told me they don't have it anymore, and I used to buy it here when I work, last one 15 days ago.They should be aware of what products they offer in their location before charging. If they don't have is not my fault, they should take it out of the menu.Don't sell incomplete orders, not good.
Dont you ever order for pick up I wait for 3 hours for my food because they say they cant cancel it ..Horribleeeeeeeee dont come to this place
Shout out to employee Erin. He was able to help me by expediting my missing items while sitting in 10 minute parking to not get towed. He made it happen by busting a move and fixing the missing items. I got to give him a shout out because he saved my day and did it with a smile on his face.
Do not and I repeat do not spend your money here!The staff friendly but the food quality horrible! The safety precautions are zero to none!My health was jeopardized when I dined here! I ordered a sizzling skillet and to my surprise I bit down on someone’s rotted tooth! Yes! I said tooth!I am a dental hygienist and immediately was able to determine that this was indeed a tooth a staff member coughed out or spit out into my food!A tooth! Was found in my food that I was chewing in my mouth! I couldn’t understand it at first and the tooth nearly damaged my left upper molar! I called my dentist at the office and scheduled an appointment due to my molar pain and I also wanted to have my dentist determine if the tooth was surely a tooth and you guessed it! It’s a decayed tooth!
