Older lady at the cashier named Floride steals money. Stole an extra $3 outta my hand and from what im hearing its happened to a lot of people in this area. I knew she stole my money by the amount of change she gave me but i wasnt going to trip about it. Someone just get this miserable old lady fired please lol
Haven't been to a Bostom Market in several years. The food was a tally pretty good and the staff had great personalities. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Only issue is the price given the portions, but Bostom Market has always been a but high. This pla e also has its own customer parking lot, which is a plus in Miami.
Always out of something, there were no ingredients to make my favorite carver sandwich. AGAIN! You gotta wait for certain side items. Smh at least I got a free drink by the embarrassing sweet cashier.

Went in yesterday(on a Friday)and ordered a turkey Carver sandwich. The woman told me they dont have any lettuce, tomato, mayo etc. and that they aren't getting that stuff until Tuesday. Said she can only give me turkey on some bread. Maybe the mgr there forgot to order that stuff??? Idk
Awful. Awful. Awful. Why do they hire prison convicts to work there? I picked up a catering order, the cursing awful woman tried to give me two other peoples orders TWICE. She did not care who got what. She was mumbling and cursing the entire encounter. Bizarre. She didn’t give us part of our order and then when she couldn’t find our ham, took the ham from another customers order, crossed out their name and wrote mine and off we went. The food was bland and low quality. The Mac and cheese was okay. I stopped going here for myself months ago, because they cancel online orders, close 3-4 hours early and have an all around hate-the-customer approach to dealing with those of us stupid enough to go in and attempt to order food. Avoid.

The chicken was good however there was no chicken ready we had to wait for 20 minute.
Went here when they just open at 11am. While waiting to order my son pointed out to me a big roach walking around on one of the pot pie. We told the lady but the roach ran off before she walked over. She ask which pie and removed it. But all the food items should have been removed who know how many other food items it walk on, or how many roaches are there. Needless to say we left without order. Disgusting
So disappointed with my recent visits to BM.I WENT TO 2 STORES TODAY IN MY AREA. 163rd St and Biscayne Blvd locations, one closed at 5, this was only taking on line orders.Neither was acceptable! Why send a coupon that you can't fulfill, or even give a rain check when the store is closed.Add that to other recent visits & attempts to eat there, leaves me little choice but to go elsewhere.
