This is honestly the best meal delivery service around. Their customer service goes above and beyond to make sure you are having a good experience; Lana is always so helpful and nice. The meals themselves are DELICIOUS, especially the breakfasts. They are creative meals and I don't think I have eaten anything twice after having this plan for over a month. I am more than satisfied!
Food has good presentation and very good taste. They have an app that you can order the food in it but needs some improvements to be easier to navigate. Just other the second week with the weight loss plan.They are organized in order to let you know when they are delivering the food.

Last week, I purchased two weeks of the balanced meals. My first week of the meals, I immediately noticed that the meals were not seasoned enough, the food was very bland. I had Kim, from customer service reach out to me. I let her know I was discontent with my first week of meals. She let me know that based on the low amount of sodium they use, that is just how their meals are cooked. She suggested I pay additional money to add sauces, on the side.The company has an app that allows you to swap meals if an upcoming delivery is not what you think you would enjoy. I experienced a glitch using the app however, Kim, from customer service and there manager was helpful in the end.The food might not have been to my liking but I appreciated the customer service and how receptive the company is to feedback.
Highly Recommend! Ordered for the past 2 weeks to get my eating back on track. Meals are tasty and the variety has been great. I love that the meals get delivered fresh 3 times a week. Customer service is great. Thank you Kim! Will definitely be ordering again!

The meals are delicious and they have a ton of variety. Very user-friendly app to order meals based on your schedule. They have tons of meals options for all diet types, even if you’re not dieting these are great convenient options. The deliveries are very reliable and consistent, in the years since we’ve been using them they have never missed a delivery. We refer to this service as “Lana meals” because Lana is our go-to contact and she’s been beyond helpful when we’ve needed assistance - she always gives us the best options and finds a way to make it work for us!
Meals dont have good quality, many times I had to throw them away. Like the ones in the pictures below. The chicken was not cooked well, as well as the meat. They call it healthy meals but this is not healthy at all. Last week before ending the service I had to throw them all.
