Per their advertisement the fries were not hot. They were actually burnt. Yet, the young man that took my order was polite.

this is one of the worst Wendy’s i ever been to in south Florida. First of all the door was open and apparently it was supposed to be closed. The line was long so i decided to go to the dining area with my kids. We walked in and the cashier told me they were closed. I explained to them how the door was still open and the assistant manager came to the register and viciously grabbed the money tray just so our order wasn't taken. First of all how is the restaurant “closed” but the door is open?? They refused to serve me and gave me horrible service and the assistant manager by the name of “Mary” refused to let the cashier serve me whatsoever and there was a cockroach on the floor. Horrible service and etiquette. My children were traumatized so we went to Miami Grill and their service was so pleasant. DO NOT COME TO THIS WENDYS
The communication of the young ladies was okay. Now the food was disgusting. The fries was cold & hard. The mango so call pineapple lemonade was water down. Which I had 3 drinks. Not too mentioned I came to this Wendy’s because of the one on 125 NW 7th Avenue. The service on the intercom was horrible!!!!

Slow, Slow, Slow, I ordered a couple of breakfast sandwiches and they didn't have biscuits ready so I said give me croissant, then they didn't have eggs ready. So I waited (13) for an egg to cook. I ended up getting a return back and going to Mickey D.
