let’s start by saying this place needs some hospitality manners. Really bad customer service. and that’s not all. the eel sauce is so off! and the spicy mayo you can tell by its color and taste that they just put the whole siracha sauce in it. and last I ordered a bagel tempura roll and they did not fried the whole roll! they just cooked the salmon .

My go-to sushi spot for cheap, yummy sushi! The only problem is delivery sometimes takes over an hour close to two hours. I would still recommend to try it out and maybe better to order for takeoutUpdate: I order for delivery yet again and this time they didn’t even bother to call to tell me they don’t have drivers to deliver the order so I’ve been waiting for two hours for an order that was never going to arrive, unless I called myself to check on my order. That’s what I get for trying to order “affordable” sushi. It comes with a price of a headache and no customer service. Basically your on your own. Thanks !

I am updating my review unfortunately.I have been a customer for 20+ years.Tonight, I ordered on Uber Eats and didn't receive an item from my order. I called them and asked if the driver had left the wings behind.The person who answered the phone had an Asian accent "management?" told me I don't have time for this.Sir, if you have "no time" for your customers, should they have no time for your restaurant? Never again.....

It's shameful at the lack of care they have for making a customer wait to receive sushi I ordered 3 rolls and I sat and watched 7 people come order after me and witnessed each and everyone of them receive their food despite me ordering before them. Initially I was informed that it would take 15 to 20mins but after a 45mins wait I began to notice nearly all the people that placed their orders after me were gone . I brought it to their attention once again and I was told not much longer just 5 more minutes , at that point I was unable to hide my frustration and shook my head vigorously my meal was brought out 10mins later.

This restaurant deserves less than 5 stars given to compensate their lack of food service skills. Would not recommend they can’t even get a simple Uber eats order correct.

Rita can’t even do her job and verify an order. Half contents missing still charged for them. Horrible business. Can’t even get a order of spicy mayo that I paid for in my order #55 and this is the second time. Would not recommend.

Ordered through Uber eats. 30 minutes late. One of the rolls was missing, didn’t follow dietary instructions and several pieces of hair in the food.

This restaurant must have changed their chef. At some point it was good and not expensive. We always order for the house but this time the food was so so bad, no one ate. The Rice was flavorless, the rolls just crumbled when they were about to be grabbed , the tempura was just terrible, even the sauces were of. It will take a long time before I order back from them.I even had to regurgitate the entire food. Horrible

This place has been going downhill for a while now. I have been a customer for probably about 20 years and last night I tried to order and I could not even find 2 of the most popular items they had on their menu. I had to call them to order it. It was rather annoying, but I spent the time calling and trying to order it over the phone, which meant that I would have also needed to pick it up instead of having it delivered. This used to be my goto sushi restaurant, but when the person I spoke to ended the call by saying "I am kinda busy here" and hung up, I just went to uber eats and found a great place to order from instead. In today's world, there are many options available to customers and if stores want to provide really bad service, they may find themselves shutting down because of how easy it is to find alternatives. This place has been going downhill steadily and if they close down, I will not be surprised.
