I go there at 9:30 to see if I can get a sandwich just to see that the door is locked. I called the store number and I was told “they have a lot to do so that’s why they are closed. I’m highly disappointed. I thought a store was supposed to close the time that they say and clean up after they are closed?

the time is exactly 10:07am & the doors are locked it’s a young lady inside that can clearly see me knocking on the door & ringing the went & hide after i took a picture of her from outside after she ignored me the store hours say 9am - 10pm & the doors are locked i could understand if she said “hey i can’t serve you because i’m the only one in the store” but to just ignore me oh no that’s completely rude & disrespectful !! simply communication could have been done

Will Never ever go to this subway. Just experienced a manager screaming at a customer. Unprofessional! Walked right out. If you don’t like your job then look for another job. stop complaining how overwhelmed you are in front of customers. Not professional at all !!!Practice people skill and learn how to talk to your coworkers .

I placed an online order when I arrived there was a bit of a line which was to be expected. Natasha was amazing she was very nice, sweet and very fast. She seemed like a seasoned vet. I really hope she is either a manager trainer or supervisor if not I hope you guys need to make that happen ASAP She was amazing. The sub was delicious and made to perfection.

The service was really good I'm so was the food they fixed it just the way I wanted it

I have gone here four times in the last month. Three out of four times I walked out because, despite being nearly empty, the service was so incredibly slow that I simply could not wait any longer to get a sandwich. I am just walking out of the store right now as there was one person ordering a sandwich, one person online, and two employees. And because the employees were so slow and then stopped to have a casual conversation with the people online, I was waiting 11 minutes before I decided to walk out and I still had not placed an order.The one time I did accomplish getting a sandwich, largely because the entire store was empty of any customers at all, I ran into an issue where they had extremely few ingredients available for the sandwiches. Whoever owns this store needs to fire all of the store management. I would love to blame the employees for having no sense of urgency at all, but the issue is clearly with management for allowing this behavior to grow to a point where it is this bad every single time I step in the store regardless of who is working.

Nice friendly atmosphere, was greeted by a young pinkie hair girl super nice made my order correctly followed my instructions. Service was great food is fresh and location nice and cleaned.

This place is official did online order went 20 minutes after pick up time and still wasn't ready. Ordered curbside no one never came out had to send my friend inside and still never received food after waiting an extra 20 minutes. Ask for refund n they claim they don't control what happens online. Why offer curbside when your employee is working alone.

Very slow service and only service the people that they know or like, feel discriminate. I was waiting 30 min for 6 inch sandwich until she decide it was enough waiting for me.
