The person who took my order at around 11am was super rude and could not be bothered to take my order. I ordered two drinks but she ended up ringing it up as one drink, which by the way, isn't the issue. The issue was that when I told her that it was supposed to be two separate drinks she was even more rude and then proceeded to tell me that I only ordered one drink. She then proceeded to tell the manager a drink that I didn't ordered. My second drink was an iced triple shot espresso over ice with a few pumps of white mocha but the starbucks partner insisted that I ordered a White mocha, which btw is a completely different drink with MILK. It was a bit of a miscommunication which is completely understandable and I have patience for, but I don't have patience for people who are super rude when I kindly tell them that there was a mistake. I've worked for starbucks for years and let me tell you that the attitude I received today would never slide at other locations. The way you speak to people is a big part of service jobs and I definitely felt like this person did not want to be there. I hate to come on here and write a bad review cause obviously I go to this starbucks a lot but man... this interaction took me back and put a whole downer to my day.
This store is located inside the FIU in North Miami Beach. A great place to relax on a late afternoon. Calm environment 100% safe
I don’t usually write reviews but I think this Starbucks follows rules and regulations they made on their own compared to the Starbucks at MMC. The MMC starbucks is usually nice and friendly. Today, I went to to the BBC starbucks to get a blended refresher. I was told that, “it’s not a frappe, it does not come blended.” I know that, because I have worked at two Starbucks locations before. Every other Starbucks will blend the drink for you. Instead of telling me she cannot blend the refresher due to any regulations they might have, she said she will not, in a rude manner. I’ve worked at many service locations and the way you talk people is a big part of your job. I won’t name any names because I don’t want anyone to get in trouble, I just want to address this issue. The cashier was really sweet though, I just like to assume that the manager was having a bad day and does not talk to all her customers like that.
Love to be able to pop in here between classes and grab a drink! Always quick and friendly. Love the post it notes of encouragement that are all over !

I come here on a daily basis and I am so tired of asking for light ice and getting only half of the cup filled. I pay FULL price for a FULL filled CUP. When I told the employee why the cup could not be filled all the way up, she ignored me and was very rude. The manager is very rude and disrespectful. I’m simply writing this review so that the store gets the feedback that it deserves. When I go, I am always polite and ask how their day is going and I don’t even receive a response.
Great customer service! I went to Starbucks at about 10 am, and the line was really short. I was welcomed in a timely manner and advised to take my time as I looked around to see what I wanted to order. I placed my order and paid through my Starbucks app. The cashier thanked me by my name. My order was done quickly.
Very convenient location from my work place. The service is fast and the brews are great. Also the outlet has reasonable amount of sitting space.
Glad that starbucks opened in north miami. It is small one but it is still good to have it in that area.it is next to wholw foods. Love it
They are one of the locations that charges extra for everything. Really mean considering they are on a college campus. Location is nice but not worth going to. Would recommend other stores.
