Superb Chinese food which I have eaten this month, good taste and good food.
Very good Chinese food nearby, the taste is ultimate.
I waited my turn in line then she decided to fulfill 6 orders so I waited. Ran out of what I wanted told to wait 5 minutes-decided to take protein only. Went to pay my turn she decided to cash out 3 take out orders before me so I left. 35 minutes in restaurant and no lunch smh. Worst place to go for lunch on a time crunch.
Food is good but everyone in there hate their life I asked a simple question and this 2 girls at the cashier and the food was extremely rude, I understand they never learned to have respect for customers just cuz they can’t get a better job not my fault or any other customer, managers also doing a horrible job training these kids
I recently (3/14/22)ordered food in the drive-thru, and it was prolonged. People inside were receiving their orders faster than the people in the drive-thru. First, my mom went to the drive-thru, and she had to wait one hour for her food because the line was NOT moving. Then I went through the drive-thru and experienced slow service too. The food was hot and tasted good. HOWEVER, the workers are too slow. Then on 3/15/22, I decided to order the food on Uber eats. The food was hot, but the rice wasn't cooked properly. It was mashed together. The rest of the food was hot and Good except for the rice. Overall, I like Panda Express, but this location needs to step up its strategies.
My girlfriend and I went here for lunch to much disappointment. The employee which took our order just skipped over the two of us completely. She audaciously took the order of the family behind us instead. The family proceeds to walk around us like it was just normal. We were continuously ignored even when I spoke up. The food is perfectly fine, just go through the drive thru because cars can’t cut in line. Absolutely abismal service though, would never eat here again.
Not only was the person who took our order extremely rude but the food was not great either.We were ordering our food and we couldn’t hear her properly so my husband continued with his order and the lady literally screamed at him through the drive through speaker. We were speechless. Once we arrived to the drive through window someone else basically had to take our order again because it was completely wrong. We paid and left as soon as possible without realizing that they barely gave us any beef for the beef and Broccoli entree. It was literally all broccoli and the tiniest 3 pieces of beef .
I love it! They need to open until late night, as when you go there at 9 pm they are only serving what remain as they are going to close at 10. Please remain open until midnight! I love the food and price are super affordable! I would suggest them to add a meat with mushroom without spicy or black pepper and shrimps no fried no sweet. Is my first choice of fast food !!
I had an issue with an order I made the day before ..so i went in and spoke to the manager Susan, and she was so very helpful She immediately rectified the issue and was very nice about it .. she runs a very good restaurant food is always hot and fresh and clean atmosphere!! Thx Susan and staff at Panda Express 163rd street Miami ???
