I recently came here with my mom and ordered two grilled chicken platters in the drive-thru. One of the employees was rushing my mom by telling her to drive further up, but there was a person in front of us, and he refused to take her order. We waited for 5-10 minutes before a worker decided to take the people's orders in the drive-thru. After ordering our food and driving further up to the window, we had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes because two people were ahead of us. When we drove up to the window, three workers constantly stared at us instead of helping us. The two platters cost $36. I asked one of the workers how much is three platters. First, he said $54; then he said $45. I said I just wanted two platters. When we drove off after more than 15 minutes in a drive-thru, the wings were tiny, and the food was NOT worth $36. These were the most miniature wings that I have ever seen in my life. The customer service was horrible; the food was small, and the drive-thru was slow. This was once my favorite location when they served big wings on the platter. However, this is no longer one of my favorite locations.
The service here isn't bad however this day at the 2nd window not the 1st. I asked the person handing me my food why the gyro plater did not look good. They've changed the way the meat is served at this location. Not a good move, husband hated it! I kinda saw that coming. I gave them 3 stars because my wings were fine. Just know their prices have been raised 5 wings plater is now $10!
Awful. Why not just close down instead of pretending to still be open? Awful employees who try their best to dissuade customers from making orders— worked on me tonight. Ended up at McDonald’s— who knew they could actually be way better than miami subs. Fire the whole night crew.
Drive thru staff was very unprofessional and rude. Cashier was not letting up when it comes to finishing ordering. She act like she was in a rush, also when we came to the window, we overheard her saying the customers that were now ordering can’t read and that they need to know how to order. The cashier was very nasty at this establishment and needs to be fired. Her attitude stinks and needs to be corrected
Great place, great service, and overall great place to get some grub. Loved it the first time and been going for some time now. Highly recommend this spot.
Order it through Uber eats, got my 5 grilled chicken and Philly cheese steak, ordered 2 cheesecake for to enjoy. Never have it when I open it . This ya way of stealing our money!? Or the employees There is not doing their job at all and not taking consideration in how we feel. Request a refund !!
Drive thru cashier was great and the service was quick. My Turkey Sub was delicious in spite of me telling them no onions and they put them on. It seems like the speaker was the problem. They need to have it fixed
Ordered 2 philly cheesesteaks,extra everything, $31.00, get all the way home, which is not close, only to find chicken Philly's in the bag. Did not order chicken... Half of my cheesesteak had meat the other was mostly mushrooms onions and cheese. Seriously Disappointed!
Old oil and burned food sucks especially when not busy. Really sucks. Been to other miami subs way better and everthing fresh and new oil.
Bad services!!! I will not recommend it!! Now I know why they are closing all over Miami.
